We were relocated to this hotel after our original hotel was overbooked. Its a decent hotel with a bit dated rooms here and there. There is some noise in the rooms from the water drainage. This hotel is very pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. The breakfast is included and served until 11:30 which is quite rare. There are fresh fruits and nice pasteis de nata (great local pastery). The location is good; around 10-15 min walk to be in the lively part of town (Chiado). More

Good location, adecuate lobby, very clean, nice modern room and modern bathroom good breakfast and able to walk to the turisty areas without any problem. no complains about this hotel....except the elevators could be a little bit bigger...I would stay here again no problem More
