Hotel centrally located , easy to reach, close to the yellow and blue metro and the red line a little further away. Spacious bedroom, clean, quiet, comfortable bed, soft pillows with a choice of 4! Free WiFi, with excellent signal on all floors, just change the ADSL connection depending on your location. Good breakfast, varied choice of fruit and herbal... More

We had a hickup with our booking but the reception guy was very helpful, we ended up staying on the 7th floor which I think is more superior rooms as we had a wonderful balcony which overlooked the centre. The room was clean the only issue I had was the restaurant the staff were to busy talking to each other... More

Booked a city break through British Airways. Flight was good and on time both ways, hotel was really good. Spotlessly clean ,good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff and happy hour with good wine and good price. We really had a good time and were very pleased with hotel, easy to access sight of Lisbon.

This is a reasonably priced hotel for those on a budget. Our room was spacious, with a good sized bathroom, and over looked the front of the hotel. Although the street is relatively quiet there were some early morning noise which did disturb us. Our package included breakfast which was plentiful and had a nice range of pastries and beautiful... This hotel is definitely modern but lighting in our hallway was very poor and it was hard to see. Rooms were very tiny and bathtub was ridiculously huge! Very hard to get in and out and not comfortable! Very crowded and overrated! I would choose another hotel next time.

Pleasantly surprised by the overal appearance of the rooms, mostly friendly staff (except for one desk clerk, everybody else was great). One block from metro, easy walk (downhill!) into city. Great value for money for anybody. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 night and the location is excellent. Walking distance from the main square and easy access to public transportation Rooms are new, but quite small (we were offered supplementary bed free of charge for our child, but you could not move around the room at all). Staff was very kind, but if I must say... More

Very spacious room with view of the street. Daily maid service is very attentive to cleanliness. The hotel is a little run down. It needs some TLC. The wall paper was peeling off near the window, and the toilet did leak. Staff paid attention to the matter while we were there. The hotel is located in a very quiet area... More

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. the location is good because of the various metro stations you had access too, however it is a little sketchy - especially at night. other than that no major complaints. the staff were always friendly and went out of their way to help us out.

I have stayed at many 3-5 star hotels in Lisbon, which typically are of an acceptable or high standard, but it does not apply to Hotel Turim. The hotel is very run down, extremely poorly managed and in addition there are two extensive renovations in the neighboring houses, which may the entire hotel "shake". The hotel is overrated, which can... More
