We chose this hotel for our last night in Lisbon due to its proximity to the Oriente train station and the airport. The hotel is a short walk from the train station. Staff were friendly, professional and fluent in English. The room was fairly small but adequate for our family of three. The bathroom was quite spacious and impressively clean.... more

The hotel was just a few minutes walk to the left of the beautiful Oriente railway station. The large room initially impressed us with its sofa, exercise machine, a very large flat screen TV, tea making facilities and floor to ceiling windows with view of the river in the distance. However, we soon realised it was not quite as perfect... more

Great location - 10/15 minutes by taxi from the airport; 2 minutes walk from the Oriente Rail Station; 2 minutes walk from the Vasco da Gama shopping centre and 5 minutes walk from the expo site (Feira, Pavilihao Atlantico, restaurants, Oceanarium). The room, and the hotel, were spotless; reception, lifts corridors and public toilets were all clean and looked well... more

We stayed here for a week with some friends. The location is good near the station, shopping mall, aquarium, waterfront, and some truly excellent but not expensive restaurants. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very polite and friendly. The in-room internet is not free, but is very cheap. Whilst the breakfast is excellent in terms of range... more

Great Location and very reasonably priced. Our stay was made even better by fantastic reception staff, Thanks Rui. Rooms adequate size and very clean, breakfast has lots of choice, in all what you would expect from a 4 star. Area around the hotel is very good lots of places to eat and great location next to train station so easy... more

Afternoon arrival after a six night North Portugal tour. Very close to station so no need for taxi. Clean, bright reception and staff very helpful. Clean, comfortable room with free safe and panoramic view. Only absence of tea/coffee-making facilities prevents "excellent" rating. Free use of internet computer in reception. Free airport transfers on the hour by taxi (5 - 10... more

I liked this hotel overall and it was in a great location if you like to shop. It's a 5 minute walk from a fantastic mall that stays open until midnight. The room was good except for the pillows. I found the rest of the room to be fine and the view was fantastic. I checked out early and they... more

The hotel was very pleasant and situated in a clean and vibrant part of the city. The Oriente station is a two minute walk away where trains, metro and buses are available to all parts of the city. Public transort in Lisbon is excellent and good value for money. Just across the road is the Vasco da Gama shopping centre... more

We stayed in Tryp Oriente before an early flight. The Hotel is 5 min by car from/to the airport. We took a taxi in the morning just in front of the Hotel door. The location is perfect for the airport but if I were in Lisbon for sightseeing I would prefer to stay near "Rossio" or "Avenida da Liberdade". Anyway, the underground take... more

I went to this hotel last weekend, and I've stayed for 3 days. The hotel is very good, but I think a little bit too expensive for the facilities it has, but we can't forget that "Parque das Nações" is one of the most expensive areas in the city. The room was regular for a 4* hotel, clean and standard,... more
