Room was really out-of-date, smelled a bit funky + dog poop on the outside terrace and super small. Shouldn’t be a big problem though when you are only there for a short stay. Positive; Nice staff, correct breakfast, location!

We had a very spacious room and large bathroom. The room was clean which is always my main criteria. The location near Rossio and Restauradores was great. The staff at the front desk could not be nicer. Let us leave our luggage when we arrived and the day we left with no problem. The breakfast was very good. We would... More

Positives: - great location; you will get harassed by people trying to get you into the restaurants in the evening though - very close to all the main attractions but, if like me, you like seeing how real people live, I would recommend staying in a different area, this one is full of tourists with extremely inflated prices - interesting... As already pointed by most of visitors, the hotel is in a perfect location to explore the center of Lisbon. It is a 2 min. walking from Rossio and Restauradores and Avenida da Liberdade, a 10-15 min. walking until Praca Commercio, and only 5 min. walking to Praca Figueira, from where the 737 minibus leaves with destination to the castle,... First of all, the location is very central. On a popular pedestrian street near behind Rossio - you can't really get more central. The room was really quite small by any standards, but for me that's fair enough for such a central hotel at a decent price. Everything was clean, the ac worked well, the breakfast buffet (included) was decent,... More

I stayed with my family in a triple room from 7-12July 2014. We are allotted a triple room on the 4th floor. There were double bed in one room and a sofa bed in the other. The room with the sofa bed was without air-condition, without fan, very poor ventilation, etc. It was not fit to house any human being.... More

We arrived by train to Lisbon and walked to this hotel easily. It is close to restaurants and was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a computer that I used to print my boarding passes. The tub was not big but ok for me.

Great location for a 3 star hotel, very clean, air-conditioning and on a pedestrian street with many restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be that as I was situated near the lift, I would be woken by late-night comers.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of June. Front desk staff in very nice and helpful. Rooms are a size of a shoebox, but it is standard in Europe . Crisp clean sheets, nice bathroom and a comfortable bed, that is all we needed. They also have a nice breakfast , too bad that it is not... More

Rooms small and old fashioned but clean. Nothing fancy but grand if you're on a budget. Has very effective air conditioning which is always a plus when staying in a hot city during the summer! Good location, a short walk from Alfama/St.George's castle and very near a metro stop. Lots of touristy restaurants nearby. Watch out for gypsies around Lisbon... More
