The hotel was surprisingly quite given it's convenient location on the eating lane. Our room was spacious enough with a huge bathroom. We stayed at the Residencial (which is actually a hotel) for 4 nights. Our room and bathroom were large and spotlessly clean. The location, in a safe area, is excellent and the price very good for what you get. There's free breakfast included, which, after four days, started to become monotonous, but nevertheless, we were very glad it was provided.... more

When judging this hotel, remember it is an old building in the busiest part of Lisbon and I only paid €40 a night for single occupancy of a double room (breakfast included).
