The person on reception was so rude that we had to cancel our reservation and find another hotel! In addition, the receptionist was dressed in something looked like pyjama. The hotel looked quite bad, dirty and smelly. Avoid this place if you can.

I stayed with family in December for 3 days. Helpful, hospitable and friendly staff. Close to Parque metro stn. Little old place but really worth it. Choose the back side rooms for a peaceful stay. This hotel is value for money. Limited but decent breakfast options. Hotel not properly marked on the street but not tough to locate. Lift runs... More

This hotel is a little dated , don't be put off by the outside . Inside it's old fashioned but clean and has fridge and kettle in the room. We got exactly what we asked for , high floor and at the back so it was nice and quiet. Metro and buses are all in easy reach. Would definitely consider... More

Hotel Nazareth is a very easy ride from the Airport and it only takes about 15 min. on the red line to the very last stop. Once out of the station, you walk up the hill past the cinema and a large shopping mall. The next street is where the hotel is located and with the graffiti on the walls... More

This hotel was just what we wanted for 3 days in Lisbon, central enough and near transport, very reasonably priced. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room clean and large with rather old fashioned decor. The bed was comfortable, the sheets clean, there was a TV, a kettle and tea bags, a fridge... wifi (but you have to pay... More

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Very convenient location to airport and city center by bus and metro. There was a huge shopping mall close by with grocery and food court. The rooms were modest but clean and comfortable. My only criticism would be that some of the staff were somewhat grouchy, however, the others were very helpful.... More

My favorite part is the staff--there is always someone at the front desk 24/7 and they were, each of them, kind, helpful and patient. All spoke English well. As this was our first time in Lisbon, we had lots of questions. Good wifi, nice hospitality, clean sheets, and big rooms are the high points. Low points are it's not new... More

I stayed there in Dec 2010 and went back there with two of my friends in April 2011. It is really a wonderful budget hotel. You might find your room a bit untidy when you arrive there, but if you ask them to clean the room you'll definitely get a good service. Free Wi-Fi for all our laptops, good breakfast,... More

The room was filthy -- garbage under the furniture, burnt out light bulbs, broken window shutter. Noisy as can be. Not a great place. The guy at the desk was rude. The only thing going for it is the location and you can find a host of places in Lisbon which are a lot better.
