Nice hotel very close to the city centre. When you prefer to walk, it'll take about 25 minutes to see the real city centre. The hotel is very nice situated. It's near Marques de Pompal where you can hop on the metro. The rooms are spacious. They are a bit outdated and old fashioned, but they are clean. It's quiet... More

Well situated only 2,5 km from the harbor. Spacious rooms. Breakfast has what you would need - fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cereals, bread, coffee, egg, bacon, sausages, juices. Friendly staff though challenges for some of them to speak English. Quiet area and only 5 km to airport (appr. 10 EUR in a taxi). Plenty of restaurants in the area and a... More

This hotel is a good choice for all kind of travelers whose main aim is to discover the city. Only 5 minutes to the nearest metro station and 20 minutes to the city historical center. Rooms are very large and quite comfortable. Embedded hating system lets you withstand any weather conditions and breakfasts with fresh orange juice wont disappoint you.

Maybe this is what passes for a 4 star hotel in Portugal, but it falls far short of that standard that I typically see in the rest of the world. For 85 euros a night, it should have been better. The rooms are very tired and dated and lack basic facilities like adjustable aircon, minibar/bottled water, the bath didn't work... More

If you want to live a long time in this aparthotel, I do not recommend it at all for "business travelers". It is not an apart hotel! You cannot almost cook, the fridge is a mini bar... the rooms are spacious but with very old furniture and with carpet throughout the room, including the part of the kitchen!!!! For the... More

We were assigned a room where the air conditioning wasn't working at all. After we complained about it they changed us to a twin bedroom because it was the only one available. This made me really upset because we had booked 6 months in advance! Despite this inconvenience, the room was huge! Breakfast is delicious and with many different options!... More

The location is very near to the city centre but nearby, all the restaurants are closed and the hotel doesn't provide lunch or dinner, so you have to move to the center. The apartment/room is huge and very clean.. The staff is very unfriendly (like a receptionist), except somebody. The breakfast is from 7 am until 11 am..and there are... More

From the positive side rooms are large. Hmm guess that was about it. Carpets were stained, safe didn't work, pool was filthy, wifi only sometimes and really slow, kitchen facilities not for families travelling with children. But Lissabon is great!

The hotel is shabby and needs desperately a facelift. Rooms are large but the furnishing and carpeting are so old that I was a little disgusted walking barefoot in the room - only fresh place in the room is the bathroom. Free safety deposit in the room is a plus, and cleaning is very good too. Staff are helpful and... More

We had a large family room which consisted of a lounge and a bedroom . The lounge doubles as another bedroom. There is a 4 person table with chairs and a sink with hot plates, cutlery, crockery and pans. There was separate air conditioning in the bedroom and lounge There was free Internet in the hotel, though it wasn't good... More
