Stayed here when in Lisbon for wedding. I think Belem is a great location, a really beautiful part of the city. Lovely gardens and walks. Easy access to city and coast (Estoril, Cascais) from nearby train station. Tram goes from outside the hotel also. Having read the previous review, I was a little worried about staying at the Da Torre. I knew it wasn't in the city centre, but didn't want to spend my whole long weekend travelling. There are some great deals out there on the internet - although I have to say that this hotel isn't one of them. The main area in the hotel is quite shabby, as are the rooms. The window in our bedroom opened out directly on to what looked like a bit of a building site, although at least the sight... more
