A typical hotel aimed at the group market. Clean and effcient. Lifts got a liitel busy at times. The breakfast was fine. Handy for the metro and it was a good base for a short term stay in the city. Enjoyed our stay in this wonderful city.

We stayed in a family room. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It needs to be updated. We had very old electronics (tv and hair dryer). Then hotel is clean and quiet, but it seems to be working over it's capacity. We had breakfast incuded, but it was a big disapointment. We had to wait more than 10 minutes... More

Probably it's not the best option in Lisbon but it's not a bad one. The hotel has a very good location. The breakfast is ok and the room was pretty clean. Lisbon was wonderful as always, a great city that i'll always return to.

Nice, clean, pleasant hotel, geared towards the tour groups. The room was spacious (triple room) and quiet even though the recessed train tracks are adjoining the hotel. The elevators are tiny and slow. It is in the middle of a residential area , far from downtown but there is a metro a block away -- seven stops to city center.... More

It's my 3rd stay here on a connection flight to Brazil. I've never been disappointed. The hotel is closed to the airport, reachable by tube or taxi. The rooms and bathrooms are always clean. Great breakfast selection. There is a bar open late which is necessary when you had a long journey or simply fancy a drink. I have eaten... More

After having a bad experiance in algarve with 3 star we were bit concerned coming to this place. It looked pretty average from outside but once we entered the hotel the staff were very friendly, reception was very clean and cosy and once checked in member of staff took our luggage to our room. The room was very clean and... More

Chosen because we had an early morning flight pleasantly surprised by how clean andwell equipped our room was, even a mini fridge and a clothesline above the tub. Plenty of eateries nearby, including a great little ice cream shop

Stayed at this hotel because it was near to the airport and we had to take a flight the next day. Previous stays in the area already made me aware of the problems of parking here and so I chose this hotel because it had a hotel carpark. Arrived early but even then the lady at reception mentioned that the... More

We spent 2 nights here on the recommendation of our travel agent (usually we find our own accommodations). It appeared to be a tour bus hotel, but that wasn't a problem as long as we avoided the tour bus group's breakfast rush. Good, varied breakfast included with the room price. Convenient metro (though taxi to downtown was also fast and... More
