20 years ago this was a great modern hotel. Today it is just a reminiscence of what it used to be. Rooms have great space and nice bathrooms. However air conditioning never worked despite asking the hotel staff that it was broken and their attempts to fix it. Hotel staff was not friendly. They tried to sell expensive trips and... More

Was 'accommodated' here by TAP after a missed connection (due to a delayed flight). Given a voucher by TAP to cover the cost of a 'three course meal including wine' and taxis between the airport and the hotel. Exceptionally rude and aggressive taxi driver who cursed and swore all the way to the hotel from the airport on discovering that... More

Nice place to stay for a night or two in Lisbon. Conveniently located, 10 minutes drive from the airport. Metro station just next to it, allowing easy commute to the downtown. We had 4 person room which was really big and clean. Bathroom was also big and clean, although might use some refreshing. TV set could be replaced with a... More

Because of TAP Portugal which mess up our travel plans with their delays, my wife and I spent one night here. This is a basic three star hotel, with decent rooms, very clean and free wifi. It's a bit far from the downtown of Lisbon but you have plenty of buses around. It is a good hotel for one night... More

It's a convenient place to stay in Lisbon. It's not new but had refurbishment not a long ago. The TV sets were kept during refurb..... Wifi is good. More important it's clean, breakfast is ok (although 6 euros is expensive for Portugal) and there is Metro, train and táxis nearby

Stayed here because TAP Portugal messed up my flight along with many others. There didn't seem to be many paying guests and the food received was a set meal which was annoying, the room itself is not great and the large railway next to it didn't help. But can't really complain for a cheap place. At least it was clean!

As many other reviewers have stated we were positioned hear due to a postponed flight. The venue is out of town with little to do that said the food provided was of good standard (you do not get menu options) and the wine of high quality. The rooms do the basics well a good bed and bathroom but lack any... More

The only reason I would choose this hotel again is because it is cheap. Everything is very old, the elevators look terrible, staff is generally not very kind and the rooms are not good. Breakfast was basic. Location is very good if you need to walk to "cidade universitária".

I stayed here 1 night before a COSMOS tour and one night of a COSMOS tour. The room was adequate, noisy due to being above the train tracks; however they provided a flyer about the "soundproof" windows. I still heard a good amount of train noise even with the windows closed. The remote on the TV would only work if... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in the middle of our tour of Spain and Portugal. The hotel is quite a way from the centre of Lisbon, but only a few minutes away from the nearest metro station. Our room overlooked some railway lines, which wasn’t a problem if we kept the windows shut, but would have been pretty noisy... More
