We stayed here for 2 nites and were very happy. The front desk staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was ample. The subway station ROMA was just a few minutes walk and you can buy a 24hr ticket using the kiosk. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Keep the windows and curtains closed to avoid the noise from street... More

We were parked in this property by TAP Airlines for an unplanned overnight layover when they had to divert a flight and caused us to miss our connection back to the U.S. Since TAP had lost my bag I was already stressed, and the desk staff did nothing to help that situation - they were almost surly and not eager... Hotel is quite old, it`s big time pass away, but has some advantages. I stayed there with my 2 friends in business purpose, so we had 1 very spacious family room. Room and bathroom were very clean, every day towels and bedclothes were changed. Breakfest included - fresh bread and cakes, fresh fruits. Close to airport ( with luggage less... More

I liked: - location: only 10 min from airport by taxi - we had an early flight and they opened the restaurant before 7 so that we could have breakfast before leaving. DIdn't like: - room was not as good looking as in photo - room smelled like pee - service and info from reception was not very accurate -... More

Shared a small double room with my friend. Two beds, not a very nice view, minibar, clean and nice toilet. Doesn't feel very budget at all, good quality and not too old. Easy to find and close to centre of lisbon and airport.

We stayed here on two occasions. The first was when airline TAP changed our flight schedule and put us up overnight. This included pickup and drop-off to the airport using the hotel's own transport, and breakfast which was good with plenty of variety. On the second occasion, we booked the hotel ourselves and were told the airport transport was only... More

20 years ago this was a great modern hotel. Today it is just a reminiscence of what it used to be. Rooms have great space and nice bathrooms. However air conditioning never worked despite asking the hotel staff that it was broken and their attempts to fix it. Hotel staff was not friendly. They tried to sell expensive trips and... More

Was 'accommodated' here by TAP after a missed connection (due to a delayed flight). Given a voucher by TAP to cover the cost of a 'three course meal including wine' and taxis between the airport and the hotel. Exceptionally rude and aggressive taxi driver who cursed and swore all the way to the hotel from the airport on discovering that... More

Nice place to stay for a night or two in Lisbon. Conveniently located, 10 minutes drive from the airport. Metro station just next to it, allowing easy commute to the downtown. We had 4 person room which was really big and clean. Bathroom was also big and clean, although might use some refreshing. TV set could be replaced with a... More

Because of TAP Portugal which mess up our travel plans with their delays, my wife and I spent one night here. This is a basic three star hotel, with decent rooms, very clean and free wifi. It's a bit far from the downtown of Lisbon but you have plenty of buses around. It is a good hotel for one night... More
