this hotel is like others have said a little dated tired and in need of modernising. also if you have a room at the back the only view is a huge building site (close enough it touch the ladders) having said that our room was clean, and you don't go to Lisbon to stay in your room! the breakfast was great... The location is great, very close to the Metro Station and other important places. Easy to reach from the airport. The room was clean, but very small too - still enough to serve its purpose (a place to sleep and that's all). The bathroom was clean too, but also very small. The street can be very noisy during the weekend,... More

This hotel is in a great location just round the corner from the Metro and not far walking to the main squares. The hotel was very good value for money, the service friendly and continental breakfast more than adequate, lovely fresh bread and rolls everyday, also a choice of eggs included. The rooms are a little tired, however you really... More

Great location on aside street just off the Avenida da Liberdade. Easy walking distance to local bus stops, metro station and the main tourist areas. Comfortable, quiet and clean rooms with all the amenities needed for a good stay. A continental breakfast was included in the morning and offered a good selection. The staff in the hotel are friendly and... More

The hotel is functional and in need of a re-vamp and facelift. It did not appear to be suitable for anyone with a disability as there are steps at and in the main reception area and only 2 tiny lifts. That aside it was a perfect location and base for our short weekend trip to Lisbon. Trams and buses stop... More

The hotel is in a superb location for Lisbon Centre and the Metro it is somewhat lacking in being quiet, everything can be heard through the walls especially toilets flushing which is very loud. We had a room that unfortunately had a view of the workers building the hotel next door. Breakfast is fine and you wont go hungry, beds... More

We had room 401 big enough bedroom. Small bathroom but ok. Hotel a little tired. Breakfast had everything you could wish for hot and cold. My only gripe was we had a nice little coffee machine in the room and was given 3 coffee pods the first day then never again. When we enquired at the desk we were told... More

First impressions were of a clean, small, pleasant hotel, relatively near to the centre. We booked because of the really good price and the availability of car parking, just 6 spaces outside the front of the hotel available on a first come, first served basis. When we arrived, a works van was blocking 2 of those spaces and stayed there... More

This hotel scores top marks for location. Only a short walk from the upmarket Avenida da Liberdade in a quiet side street. Convenient for the airport bus and Avenida metro, also buses to the old centre and all the open top bus operators' stops at Marques de Pombal. There is good selection of competitively priced restaurants in the Rua Santa... More
