Have stayed with this chain several times and found it to be very acceptable. Spacious rooms, large bath, breakfast and free wifi. Short walk to metro, shopping, restaurants. There is also a swimming pool on the roof with a good view of city Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel at a reasonable price.

Clean, reasonably priced with good restaurant. Close to the zoo and sight seeing bus stops. Can take a city bus from the airport to across the street. Just ask the bus ticket seller in front of the arrivals terminal. This hotel is NOT within an easy walk of many restaurants or attractions. Depends what you are looking for. As a... More

Very good and comfortable stay. The hotel and staff were all very professional and every taxi driver new where the hotel was. Only approximately 15mins from the airport, taxi costing around €7. Close to Lisbon Zoo (Worth visiting) and Metro and Railway links. We chose this hotel because of the swimming pool which was nice and clean on the top... More

Room is tidy, bed is comfy, staff are pleasant. When checking in we were given a smoking room and are non smokers which made the nights sleep a little uncomfortable for my wife. Hotel dining menu I would not recommend the food was not good at all. Overall an average stay. No wow factor

The hotel is smart and modern. The staff were all friendly, efficient and helpful! The hotel is located in a commercial district but the Metro and overground rail stations are located nearby. We enjoyed coming back from the bustling old town to the peace and quiet of the hotel. There weren't too many restaurants nearby but the ones we tried... More

I can thoroughly recommend this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we had was great (we had a privilege room on the 5th floor) Although it is located a little way out the centre it was easy to get to on the metro (5 mins away)

The hotel is located in the "business district" of Lisbon close to the airport and Lisbon Zoo. We travelled to the hotel from the airport on the metro which is very simple and takes just over half an hour. A 24 hour travelcard (which covers the metro, trams, funiculars, lifts & some trains) costs 6 euros (plus 50 cents for... More
