Great, modern hotel in in a nice neighborhood of Lisbon very near one of the main city plazas. Well appointed rooms with deep bathtub much appreciated after a long cruise in a ship's stateroom with only a shower. We were especially pleased with the hotel's restaurant where one of the staff members led of through a Portuguese dinner from entrée,... More

We enjoyed our visit here, the staff were all very helpful and welcoming, our room was very comfortable with a view across Lisbon to the Tagus. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed drinks at the bar on our return from climbing up and down the Lisbon hills! The hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovation work on the ground floor -... I am giving this three star based on my personal experience comparing to other five star hotels and also other intercontinental hotels. Positives: large lobby, helpful staff at the reception / concierge, river view rooms are nice clean and large as you would expect from intercontinental. Negatives : TV not working on 2 of the days (I believe there is... More

Typical big chain hotel. For the prices charged the buffet breakfast is very poor. Canteen food at best. Room was nice, very comfortable bed, excellent shower. Drinks extortionately priced at the bar.

Our stay at the Intercontential was first class. Following an extended journey from Australia we arrived quite tired and the efficient processing of our booking together with the warm welcome made a great start to our stay. Our room on the 16 floor was great, the bed was so comfortable and all the linen and towels were very acceptable. The... More

Our group of 2 couples stayed at the InterContinental Lisbon which was a nice 2-day stay while waiting to embark on our Wind Surf cruise. It's not on the water but has a nice view from the upper floors. We liked the 16th floor on the corner. The service is very good, room is adequate and clean, the concierge was... More

Part of a tour group we had an excellent spacious room and lovely view of the city. The staff helpful and friendly and the lobby was very large, light and welcoming. As expected the meal and bar prices are higher than normal but close to othyer eateries.

Hotel is lovely and all you can expect from a 5-star property. Rooms were very nicely appointed and spacious. Had a large work desk and a relatively large flat-screen tv. Bed extremely comfortable (very nice change!) and all linens & towels of high quality. Nice rainfall shower plus a separate handheld. Location is very nice, near the Marques de Pombal.... More

A great hotel. The staff was fantasic from check in to check out. The room was nice size, clean and modern. The bed provided a great sleep, had a nice bathroom and a nice sized work area. The wifi was ok. The hotel is located with easy access to the different sites of Lisbon

Lovely hotel, although under renovation whilst we were there so the bar area was not ideal for a relaxing drink as it was in the reception area. The room we had was large, with lovely views across the city and the park opposite. the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was a Decent size and had a double sink and... More
