I stayed here for one night at the beginning of this month and had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious - there was a problem with the heating - but this was swiftly attended to by the hotel staff. Breakfast was plentiful and attractive and the reception staff and porters helpful and charming. The hotel is well located... More

This is a hotel where you feel at home from the moment you enter. The frontdesk staff are always there to help and always in a sincere and friendly manner. The public areas are stylish classic with a luxurious look. The rooms are also beautiful and comfortable. Perfect beds and furniture of high quality makes it a true 5 star... More

I spent a few nights at the InterContinental Lisboa with my wife and we truely enjoyed the time there. The head concierge Orlando is a real Lisboa insider and happy to share his experience with guests. His recommendations helped turn a good stay into a perfect one with some of the best seafood I have had in quite some time... More

The best location for visiting Lisbon. Situated in a quiet area but a stones throw away from cafes, bars and restaurants, at the intersection of neighborhoods Chiado, Baixa and Bairro Alto. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent conditions, very clean and comfy room.

Recently spent 3 nights at the Intercontinental and was very impressed with the staff from front desk to concierge to the restaurants. When I needed a device to use my iphone and camera, several were immediately delivered to my room.A very quick response for more towels pleased me greatly. Recommendations for dining by the concierge staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet... More

Stayed for two nights in early November and really enjoyed. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, the hotel itself is close to a beautiful park and maybe a 15-20 minute walk from the city center (the walk down the boulevard to get to it is a very pretty walk too). We did a bike tour that started from the... More

we stayed here 3 nights. it is across the street from the 4 seasons so it close physically but not quite as close in service.... examples--at the breakfast buffet, only one table out of ten had salt/pepper shaker. when we asked to purchase stamps, the front desk clerk referred us to the gift shop (which was out of stamps). we... The hotel is situated next to the park. The rooms facing the park and facing the river have very nice views. You could walk down to the city center, but a cab ride for only 4-5 Euro takes you there much faster. The breakfast had a lot of choice and good quality - even champagne(!).
