I loved this hotel! Really nice staff very lovely! Really nice concierge! Perfect and big rooms, great location and breakfast! Just loved it! It is close to Chiado (it is 20-30minutes walking) and restaurants.

We stayed 3 nights with a tour group. There were several other large tour groups at the time and the hotel was not equipped to handle them all. The elevators were very crowded, so everyone had to wait and allow extra time for them. There were long lines to get into the breakfast area, which made it very difficult when... More

The first impression you get from the hotel might not be the best one: the lobby looks terribly outdated. I'm sure it looked top notch in the 70s. The staff however was really friendly and helpful, we got upgraded to a junior suite on the 8th floor and that was a completely different world. It's obvious that the rooms (at... More

- Excellent hotel! - Extremely comfortable room - Breakfast expensive, but the hotel offers a cheaper option called "continental breakfast" for 10 EUR. - It´s not located in downtown, but the location is pretty good. It´s in front of Eduardo VII park and there´s subway station near. The "Sao Sebastião" station is located inside El Corte Ingles and you only... More

We stayed at the hotel for four nights prior to a Duoro River cruise. We arrived on the day they cahnged the name to the Intercontinental. Arriving at midnight we greeted by a friendly staff took alittle while to sort out the rooms but eventually got there. Room was on the with a nice view overlooking the park and you... More

The InterContinental in Lisbon should not be listed as a 5 star property. Prior to our cruise we stayed at the InterContinental for 3 nights and had prepaid our visit and I wish we could have moved to another location. Not too many things went well during our stay even while charging $500 per night. • To start, the room... More

We stayed in the Intercontinental Hotel as part of a Duoro River cruise. It's located next door to the Ritz and across the street from King Edward Park. The lobby is lively and a beautiful place to relax. The breakfast buffet was excellent as was supper in the bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. The HVAC wasn't the best... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights prior to a cruise on the Windstar Cruise Line. The hotel had just recently undergone a brand change to the Intercontinental Brand. The room was very comfortable and had a great view of the city. The staff was incredibly helpful in all aspects. The daily breakfast buffet was great... More

We checked into the tiara Park Atlantic on its last day so named. The next day it was the Intercontintenal. The staff was great, the hotel HVAC was not good, actually bad. The location was very good. Near the Gulbankian Museum and the King Edward Park. Trip was portion of river cruise so can not determine cost. The HVAC was... More

The shower gets water on the floor, because it is of that annoying style with only a partial glass barrier. However, coming from drought-stricken California, one of my travel luxuries is taking longer hot showers than I can at home. The shower is set in a deep tub, so you have to be careful getting in. Unlike in many other... More
