Hotel is very well placed, just on Avenida da Liberdade (downtown). It's close to main attractions in Lisbon. The room and the bathroom were very small, i barely had space to put my suitcase on the floor, but they were clean and cozy. The breakfast selection is ok, not extended, but has the basic stuff (fruits, juices, tea and coffee,... More

This hotel isn't especially beautiful, but it's well located, well maintained, clean and comfortable. We had a pleasant twin room, with good firm beds and an excellent shower. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a nice version of the 'hotel buffet' type, with decent coffee, fresh bread etc. All in all it was a very reasonable city... More

I cannot comment on the standard of accommodation, breakfast and general service at this hotel as I haven't stayed here but I just want to register a commendation for the female receptionist at the desk one evening a week ago who was so helpful when my partner and I got hopelessly lost and directed us to the location of an... The hotel must be the smallest and narrowest one i have ever stayed. Luckily i had only an overnight stay. I am sure my company was looking to save a few bucks when they put me here so it is probably worth the money paid. The hotel has the narrowest corridors and really small rooms and even smaller bathrooms. It... More

For the price I rated the hotel a very good deal and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast buffet provided a good selection of options (fruit, breads, cheese, cereals, cooked options, custard tarts!). My room was clean and comfortable, not particularly large but adequately sized. The fridge in room... More

Hotels can be expensive in Lisbon, this hotel was clean and comfortable, good central location, staff friendly and attentive and was reasonably priced, although I did discover a pair of Italian leather shoes under my bed! a few drinks enjoyed in the honesty bar chatting to the hotel staff.

This hotel offers an excellent base for a city break in Lisbon. The staff are excellent & deliver a very professional service. They were extremely helpful regarding sightseeing information. The Hotel offers all the creature comforts you require for a city break: Clean accommodation, bathroom facilities & an excellent free buffet breakfast. Free wi-fi throughout the entire hotel. The hotel... More

Stayed 3 nights. Professional. Very good location. Excellent concierge service. Some nice local (not touristy) options right around the corner including an amazing casual bbq cafe. A 1k stroll into town & Barrio Altos. Many shops and bars along the way. In the opposite direction the hotel is also deceptively close to iconic sights of Lisbon. I agree with other... More

This hotel is a little gem. We always ask for a corner room. The room is a good size and the beds are comfy. The bathrooms are a good size and attractive. The breakfast is really nice and there is something for everyone. All the staff, in reception and the breakfast room are friendly and efficient. There are lots of... More

Amazing hotel, location and staff!!! Close to the centre, airport and the train station. The staff is so nice and is offering help whenever needed! The breakfast was so gooooooood with a wide range of variety concerning bread, cakes and fruits! it's from 7:30 - 11:30 which is good - you can sleep longer! Only the rooms were small, but... More
