This hotel was excellent. Staff were very friendly, polite, most spoke fluent English and couldn't have been more helpful. We stayed here in January 2005, the hotel is clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Good location, only short walk to city centre, and not far from Metro / Aerobus lines. Only downside was that they don't have non-smoking rooms, although they did offer to move us if our room smelt too smokey. more
