This hotel was perfect, as we didn't really spend much time in the room apart from sleeping, booked a double room, but got 2 singles which was fine. My only problem was no KETTLE ! In the room, which is a nightmare for me, as I need a cup of coffee first thing lol ! Staff lovely, breakfast good depending... More

This hotel is in a good location for getting around lisbon. Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant especially pedro and mohammed on reception. Breakfast was plentiful, unfortunately the coffee was the worst I have ever tasted. Rooms were comfortable and I would definitely use this hotel again if returning to lisbon.

I'm just back from an extended weekend stay at Hotel Lisboa. The hotel is located just off the Avenida de Liberdade, one block away from the Avenida Metro station with a number of pluses and minuses, hence the average rating. We arrived early on a Thursday and our room was not ready but not big problem. We just dropped the... More

This hotel was located in a great part of Lisbon. Walking through Lisbon from here was fantastic. And the little pastry / coffee shop on the corner was just the pleasure point of my trip, every morning! I feel in love with Portugal from this hotel. I will always remember it and hope it brings you the same feelings when... More

We stayed at Hotel Lisboa for four nights in October. We had a room on the 7th floor, good size and quiet. The breakfast was good, too. We found the firm beds comfortable and slept well. There is a safe in the room and next time I'll make very good use of it. The staff were very helpful, particularly on the night I had my purse stolen... More

We traveled to Lisbon in Sept 2104, Hotel Lisboa was chosen as a part of the AirTransat package. Location as well as previews reviews was the main reason for selecting this particular hotel. And we were not disappointed., Service desk crew was always helpful in providing directions or public transit choices. The only complain would be poor wifi signal. Barely... More

If you book early for a good rate, you may not be getting the room you think you are. We stayed here because it was the hotel from which our Viking river boat operated. It's reasonably well located but there is a lot of traffic noise. There are a lot of street people sleeping in doorways, lots of beggars but... More

This hotel was about a 20 minute walk downhill which at the end of the day made a long walk back uphill. The daytime front desk people were not very helpful. The man who takes your luggage up is wonderful though. Breakfast was fine. The beds are rock hard so beware. The room was a nice size.

Nothing but great things to say about this hotel. Location is excellent with a 15 mins walk down to the heart of the city where you will find a thriving streetscape complete with branded shops including Zara, Paul and Bear etc and authentic Portuguese style restaurants in abundance. The service was excellent for the 3 night stay we had, rooms... More

This hotel although not in Bairro Alto or Chiado was perfect for us because it was a relaxing escape from the action packed days we had in Lisbon. We took the metro a lot and the Avenida metro is right down the street as is the Av Liberdade tour stop and bus. What we especially loved about this hotel besides... More
