I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in April 14 with a friend. We used it as a base to explore Lisbon and surrounding areas. It is a very comfortable hotel. We had a twin room which consisted of two queen sized beds, good sized bathroom and a balcony. Room was very pleasant, very comfortable beds, quiet air con... More

This was our forth visit to the Lisbon Marriott and it is always a pleasure to be a guest there: good service and delicious food. The hotel is quite large with 18 floors and there are always friendly guests hanging out in the lobby (using the free wifi). The rooms are large and the walls very sound proof. The pillows... More

The hotel itself was fine. The staff at the front desk is an issue that needs to be addressed. Check in was slow and I felt the staff were paying more attention to each other than to us. We were told as well there was a free morning breakfast, but not for us. We did not inquire about how we... More

My husband and I stayed at the Lisbon Marriott in June 2014 after a tour of Portugal. Our first impression was the warm and gracious greeting we got from the staff as we entered their upscale lobby and enjoyed the ambiance of the public areas. We were even more impressed as we were taken to our room on the 13th... More

We really enjoyed the Lisbon Marriott! It is reliably global Marriott but as an individual property in the group we enjoyed a great 7 day stay. We took the upgrade package and it was more than worth it. Special mention should go to Joaquim Luis in the Level 17 lounge for his fabulous service, knowledge and advice on everything imaginable... I booked 2 rooms for our 4 night stay. The hotel was in a good location, near the zoo and near the Metro (1/2 mile) and the price was reasonable. Our room was clean and coming from the states, I loved that they had an ice machine. My only complaint was the staff. They continually got things messed up. First... More

We were in this hotel for 3 nights. It was not our choice, we were on an organized tour Rooms are beautiful and clean. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is good but a cappuccino costs Money. It is very annoying. Hotel is a bit far from the center. Taxi cost 7 euros .. No room television channel to... More

Just ten minutes by cab from the airport and a ten minute walk to the metro, this location is a gray value and provides easy access to the Lisbon area. Rooms are above average. Fitness center has lots of machines, though they are a little worn. Executive lounge is very nice.

Except a personal touch by int-erection with chef, nothing else to find in the name of satisfaction in any area of the hotel. In consolation hotel will offer waver of upgrade fee, which no one expects to compromise with pleasure of holiday.
