You can do so much better. The front desk had a receptionist that was not only unhelpful, but also rude. It really was a shame. The place was not really that great, but the room was okay if you are not expecting too much. The location was decent, but there was nothing great about the hotel. more

I stayed in this hotel once and will not go there again. Main reason is that I can't stand noisy hotels and this one is REAL noisy. Recently stayed at this hotel with my wife and was kind of shocked. We’re usually stayed at 5 stars, but this time was exception. We came to hotel at 10:00 and I asked if we can check-in, was no problem we got our room at 5th floor, drop our luggage and go straight to the street to find a restaurant.... more

I stayed at the Fenix for 2 nights on business, managed to get a room for 56euros a night and for the price it was excellent. Room was large with good bathroom, staffs were friendly and breakfast was fine. Location is great, right on the metro line so you can get anywhere in Lisbon. There is ample parking under the hotel and the car park entrance is next to the reception. Make sure you get your ticket validated when you book in.
