Trying to get my wife out of the pool and go visit Lisbon was the most difficult part of my stay in the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff and conveniently placed 1 minute from the Metro Sao Sebastiao, a 20 minute direct line to the airport. Not having a kettle in the room and the TV being almost inaudible... More

This was the second time we stayed here and we remembered it as better. The location is quite good with easy access to the subway. It's about 3 km down the main avenue to the city centre. The rooftop pool is nice. The breakfast is ok. We did not get much sleep though. The sheet was made of polyester/cotton so... More

The location was perfect, due to the close proximity to the metro which connects to the both the airport and train station (about a 20 mins metro ride). Our biggest disappointment was our hotel room. The room was basically just the king size bed. There was a small closet and a safe that was very easy to use. We brought... More

loved the hotel. Nice sized rooms but no balcony was the only downside. Friendly staff & reception Breakfast was a bonus being hot It was a little out of the way but easy access to the City as it is near to the metro. The pool was small but always seemed to get a bed

Very good value hotel and excellent location for the metro - only snag is that many taxi drivers do not know where it is! Rooms are larger than expected for a city centre hotel, similarly the breakfast was more than adequate. The rooftop pool is an added bonus though if the weather is good it does get busy. The reception... More

The reception with the water noise is the best part. Then, the rooms are crappy for the price. Location is close by airport, you can definitely find something better in the city centre. Pool roofntop closes at 20... And it's packed all day long. Definitely not advisable, breakfast was nothing special either.

I like this hotel very much, breakfast was very good (well a little bit crowded sometimes ) clean, very quiet, sleep quality was perfect. It's10 meters to metro entrance, a tiny pool at the roof, if I visit Lisbon again, I definitely book here again.

It's a nice hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean, rooftop pool is nice also - sauna is a little tight on space but no problem. Breakfast good. It's a bit far from the places we were headed (Bairro Alto mostly) but the surrounding areas seemed nice enough, and it's literally right next to a tube stop, so really handy for... More

Unfortunately I had the worst feeling you can have when it comes to staying in a hotel. That is to get stoled. Someone stole a rail pass from my room desk and obviously no one knew anything. Apart from that the hotel is just mediocre with regular breakfasts. The room I got was renewed but with the wierd architechture by... More

We didn't really feel very comfortable in this hotel. Nothing was really bad but nothing felt quite good just as well. At the start they assigned us a smoking room without asking that smelled awfully. After complaining we got a non-smoking room, the receptionist claiming we just wanted to give us a "bigger" room. The room was clean, a little... More
