This hotel is located directly next to one of the exits of Sao Sebastiao red line metro, going directly to the airport. Another exit of the same station is located at El Corte Ingles department store. Another advantage to this hotel, in the summer, is the outdoor pool, open until 8 pm (cold and not so big, but very good... More

We stayed in this hotel for a week in mid-season august. The hotel is very clean and neat with a kind staff. Rooms are average sized but with good sanitation. The breakfast is fine, with enough fresh food. Unfortunately not everyday bacon, but always scrambled eggs and sausages. Try the tiger buns, they are delicious. In mid-season it is better... More

An excellent hotel for the whole familiy.. Perfect distance to the city center and only a minutes walk from the metro. Those who worked at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Quiet surroundings and lovely rooftop pool. We would love to come back.

We had booked a room with a large bed but when we arrived they gave us a room with twin beds and no possibility to change this since they were overbooked. Only after negotiations we finally got the next day the type of room we had asked for. The bathroom was very small and the bathroom amenities were provided only... More

I stayed at the Sana Reno for five nights in July, while attending a conference at the university. The hotel was clean and quiet, with reasonably sized rooms and generous bathrooms. The swimming pool on the roof is great for unwinding after a day of work, and there are plenty of decent restaurants in the surrounding streets (ask at hotel... More

Didn't want to be in the tourist area, but not too far from it. The metro was right across the street from the hotel. Rooms was big enough. Internet worked fine. Breakfast was very nice. Rooftop pool and sauna ended each of our days perfectly. Very clean and modern hotel, just like we like it. Good value, easy transport to... More

We've stayed in Sana Reno for 3 nights and must admit that was a great choice. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, specious kept in a very modern style with a lovely city view from the balcony. The brakefast as expected - a good choice of bread and rolls, hot dishes, fruit and veg... Me and my boyfriend arrived there to spend two nights in Lisbon. We were shocked. We felt that we are staying in a complete different hotel than from what we read here. 1. We saw two rooms. Our first one had a very small bed, like for a mother with a kid, not for two adults. My boyfriend is almost... More

Hotel excellent for the price we paid. Great location with direct metro line from airport to the hotel with metro stop outside front door but you have to be careful that you come out of the metro at the right street name as San sebastiao is a large station. We came out at the wrong one but the staff at... More

We booked this hotel last minute and we were unsure of what to expect as some of the reviews were mixed. We were not disappointed, for the price we paid we over the moon with the hotel. The location is great if you want to stay slightly away from the centre but close enough to just hop on the subway... More
