Just about everything about this hotel was perfect. The service is outstanding, definitely goes well above and beyond what one comes to expect in Europe. Housekeeping was a few minutes late turning down our beds one evening and they sent us a full tea service and chocolates plus a personal apology from a manager. Luxurious hotel with very large rooms and marble bathrooms. Buffet breakfast is excellent (real scrambled eggs!) and the service is top class. The only reproach i would make is about the location and the external architecture. I would definitely recommend this hotel. More

Stayed at the Ritz as I had a conference there. Good amenities and central location for the business district. Many rooms have a great view of the park. Its central location makes the Ritz (Four Seasons) a favourite for both business and leisure travellers ! I was there for a conference and found that the meeting facilities were of good standard. The bedrooms were plush and facilities and amenities were of top standard as well. More

We stayed 4 nights. The room was large, comfortable and even had wash cloths! Breakfast buffet was extensive and catered to both American and European tastes. During good weather, you could dine inside or outside. Staff was helpful and polite. They were not adverse to recommending restaurants other than those at the hotel.
