The hotel is ok, but it is not THE Four Seasons... If you are used to smaller hotels, this is not for you. Good amenities as always, a nice view is also a very good point also. The localizations is very good but the hotel is very big and not charmy .

I think I expected more when we visited. The lobby was very spacious and I love the orchid centerpiece they made. The room was very classy and I think its too old for my taste. It was neat but I realized that I like the contemporary style more. The bathroom was perfect. Room was ok in size. The bed was... More

The Four Seasons Hotel Ritz in Lisbon is probably one of the worst, if not the worst, Four Seasons Hotel in the world. That said, it is not a bad hotel, but not what you expect and pay for a Four Seosons hotel. The hotel building is an icon in Lisbon and I understand they wanted to maintain the original... More

Large, spacious well appointed rooms. Beautiful full bath, standing shower, heated towel rack and double sink. Lovely lobby, old world charm, courteous and accommodating staff. Great, central location.

This hotel is very clean and a bit old fashion . If they polished the bath room it would be spectacular again , the rooms are very big and has good views . The service is very good and helpfull . A central hotel close to everything.

As you would expect for the Four Seasons, this is a luxury hotel, with acres of marble everywhere you look, and the grandest open spaces, with the biggest flower arrangements I have ever seen! I was there for business, so cannot comment on the location from a tourists point of view. In my opinion (and I travel a LOT), what... More

Upon check-in, we received a room upgrade to a huge suite overlooking Eduardo VII park. The decor of the hotel is traditional with beautiful works of art and tapestries throughout the hotel. It's not trying to be a modern, trendy hotel, so the decor suits the hotel, though some have commented that it needs to be updated. Our welcome amenities... More

I have had several trips to Lisbon recently and this is my first stay in the 'so called 5 star' Four Seasons Ritz. The rooms are very dated, although spacious. Service is friendly but I have stayed at several modern hotels in the general area with much better value for money. Don/t waste your time with this one. Gym and... More

This hotel is top notch. The staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the meeting rooms are perfect. The location is great, 20 min walk from the city center. This should be the hotel of choice if traveling for business in Lisbon.

Lovely hotel, staff extremely helpful and friendly and a class act remembering me by name. Very comfortable, excellent food and nice and quiet at night. Was built in the 50s I guess and perhaps looks a little tired. Otherwise I could not fault this hotel.
