The Ritz Four Seasons in Lisbon was very nice. My wife and I were there before a cruise. The rooms were large and everything worked well. The bar staff were great and new us after just a few visits. The food in the bar and also the main Resturant was very good. Would return if back in Lisbon.

Disappointing experience, room large, but windows are very high off the floor. Meals extremely expensive, and it is a cab ride from outside restaurants. Tried to charge for breakfast when in fact breakfast was part of my pre-paid package. Not what I expected, or was looking forward to.

Situated in the center of the city. Great for business forums. Great if you want to treat yourself with a luxury experience. Quiet and relaxing. The food is great matching the stars, especially the breakfast - has fresh orange juice and a fresh fruit mix juice of the day.

Read the reviews below and you'll hear some common themes. "The hotel is a bit off the main area." (Yet this is what makes it so special. It's on a hill with a breathtaking view of the city and the river, and a quick walk puts you at the central roundabout of the town. The neighborhood is quiet, residential, and... More

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons in Lisbon. Their art collection, spa, and gym facilities are all noteworthy. The concierge was very helpful and recommended wonderful restaurants for us to try and places for us to visit. Lastly, the hotel has a wonderful view of the park and city and its location makes Lisbon... More

The hotel facilities, service, and location are excellent. This is one of the great hotels of Europe with Four Seasons service and facilities. The hotel is also a monument to modernist architecture and contemporary Portogues art. The Hotel is located in an urban setting and a short beautiful walk (10-15 min) or a cab ride (5 min) to, shopping, restaurants,... More

I only stayed one night so did not get a chance to form much more than an initial impression. Certainly the exterior is a bit drab but the hotel has very gracious, spacious and elegant interiors. The room was a good size with an attractive well-sized and very private balcony facing the park but a bit anonymous. The breakfast buffet... More

This former Ritz Hotel, while located above the city some distance from the historic downtown tourist area, is luxury from the moment one walks in the door. Only downside is small cafe where food is less than stellar at astronomic prices. The included breakfast buffet, on the other hand, was delightful, especially when taken outside on the patio in the... More

I really cannot see how other reviewers can grade this anything but excellent. The whole place is totally immaculate. Staff very friendly and highly trained. Ok you will be amongst a few blue rinse Americans in Lisbon and you will pay a lot but the hotel is superb. Fantastic fitness centre. Very good spa with lovely steam rooms, sauna and... More

A really great hotel. Altho not centrally situated, a short cab ride to baixa, Bairre Alto and Chiado. The shopping street Ave Libertad is less than 10 minutes walk. Great rooms, wonderful staff. Expensive, but well worth the prics.
