The staff at this hotel was excellent. We were able to arrange pickup at the pier and an english speaking driver and Mercedes van for the day through the hotel concierge, all before arrival via emails. My best hotel experience ever. Everything was top notch. In addition to excellent service, this hotel has an excellent gym and spa area. The food was outstanding. My experience here was so fantastic that I am rendered speechless. Bravo Four Seasons!!! More

A superb guest experience started with the airport pick up by the hotel. Check in at the Ritz is done in the room and when we arrived at the hotel front door, we were met by the night manager and escorted to our room.
