The location of the hotel is very good. Very close to the metro station. It's a 20 minute walk downhill to the city centre and the neighbourhood is nice. Next to the hotel there are a few small restaurants, who serve very good food. The breakfast was nothing special, the same thing every day, and not very tasty. We were... More

I usually go to Lisbon two or three times a year and it was the first time stayed in this hotel. I assume I had a wonderful stay. The staff is so gentle that it makes the difference. The location is good, near the subway line and many bus stops. There is a restaurant at the tenth floor. The airport... More

Stayed there back in 2008...very central, close to the metro and the city center...rooms were not big but not a disappointment after all...Staff was helpful and polite and ready to assist in whatever you requested! The building is old and back then the whole hotel needed renovation...maybe today things have changed a lot...Not a bad choice to stay there after all...especially... We stayed Tue - Mon mid July for the Optimus (Nos) Alive festival. There were 5 of us over 2 rooms, we paid £100 each. The hotel is relatively small and dated. The lifts are very 'vintage' and you do take your life in to your own hands on every ride. We took the stairs most times but on the... More

Hotel was ok, just enough for our needs. Location was great, there is a metro station only few metres away and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the centre. Road from the hotel to the centre was very pleasant to walk, there is plenty of fashion stores, park cafés etc so we walked there almost every time. Parque... More

We visited Lisbon and stay at Eduardo VII at the end of June 2014 for 3 nights. The room was small with two separate beds. Beds was narrow for one person and shaky. The noise from street came even at night. The room was fine, the bathroom tiny Breakfast was served on 10th floor with glass covered terrace and view... More

Had the oportunity to visit Lisbon last June. Stayed in this Hotel for a very good price (best i could find). Great location with so many transports available, great experiencied staff, room confortable enough. Breakfast is served on the 10th floor. I only wished that could have more to choose from on the buffet. The man that helped us with... More

I checked in for business purposes. I had meetings during the day, sight-seeing during the evenings, so I did not spend too much time in this hotel room. The room was quite small, with not too much space to move around. The wardrobe - whose inner walls were coated in plaster - smelled bad and was kind of dirty inside.... More

It was the start of a whirlwind 5-city European vacation for myself and husband to celebrate 25 years together. It had also been over 30 years since my last trip to Europe but my husband's maiden voyage. We were excited to see Lisbon and we got an initial glimpse of it from our coach bus that we picked up on... More

You really won't find a lot of hotels like this anymore, anywhere. The elevators are cramped, the rooms are just adequately sized, the bathrooms kind of awkward, and the lobby something you only see in 70s movies. But it's well-maintained, the staff is experienced and perfectly helpful, and if you put yourself in the right mind frame, you will find... More
