This hostel style accommodation has double rooms with shared bath. It is situated on the 4th floor of a grand old Lisbon building. The staff were very friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable. The one problem was the lack of curtains which meant that the early morning sunlight was a bit much. The price is incredibly cheap and this... More

The Refuge hostel is such a fantastic place to stay. It's very clean, nicely decorated, very ventilated with large rooms and windows. They serve a lovely breakfast every morning and the staff is very friendly! Its location is great, near metro and buses. Walk to the main tourist attractions. Also a nice little typical restaurant downstairs. Not expensive either.

Staff was the best: friendly and helpful! From this hostel you can reach everything within a few minutes by feet or by metro. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, the bathrooms are being cleaned every day! The breakfast is great for a hostel: pancakes, french toast, cornflakes and more. We were totally happy and will absolutely come back if... More

The hostel is located close to the center and is within walking distance from the main attractions. The staff is very friendly and we spent quite a lot of time discussing about what should we visit and we received some very good tips about transportation, places to eat, etc. We had access to a complete kitchen, dining room and there... Easy way to get there from airport by bus or metro. The room was very tidy with comfortable beds. The hostel is situated in the 3-4 floor and sometimes it's quit noisy but it wasn't... More

Stayed for 3 nights with three other friends in a private room. The beds were comfortable and the decor was really cute. Everything felt very clean. Breakfast was simple (cereal and bread), but still tasty. Location was amazing (only a block from the metro, 15 minute walk to the main square).

Awesome hostel for a nice price if you're in the city, don't expect too much and don't want to pay too much! We arrived on a thursday night after some searching in the general area the hostel was supposed to be. It's hard to find at first, but when you found it, you'll notice how close it is to the... More

Very hard to find, no name above the very small entrance door so you can easily walk past it. The hostel is located in third & fourth floor and there is no elevator available. If you're traveling with your parents/old people/with heavy luggage, it's probably not a good option! Pay parking from 08:00 - 19:00 but free at weekends. Friendly... More
