AMAZING CONCIERGE... unmatched by anyother for their heart and sincerity. Tivoli is one of the better Lisbon hotels and has a much more immediate sense of quality than some of the others, it's located a few hundred metres from the central square and is close to bars and restaurants. Spent just a single night at the Lisboa on business but was mightily impressed. This extended from the extremely pleasant lobby to the restaurant to the room. I stayed here for three nights in March 2007. Reception staff are extremely friendly, and the concierge is also very helpful.
