We spent nearly a week in this hotel while we attended a scientific conference at the university. The rooms were small but clean and everything worked well, internet, air conditioning, though usually opening the windows was sufficient. Breakfast was a huge spread. This hotel has tour groups and is nothing fancy, but we really appreciated the good beds, the windows... More

A great hotel in a very good location, near shops and metro. Breakfasts seem haphazard but they include all you need and are self-service buffet style. Beds are firm, which personally I like, but very comfotrtable and also, the rooms are excellently serviced and left meticulous. One small gripe is the fact there are just two lifts, both tiny and... I was here for just one night before my university relocated me. I felt unsafe after being followed up to my room and being woken up by terrifying screaming and banging at 12:45am. The hotel is dated and beds so uncomfortable with plastic sheets over the mattresses. I have bite marks on my ankles from my one nights stay. I... More

I was not so impressed with the hotel in my second visit. The room was really small for the size of the bed, and the bed upholstery had seen better days. The hotel had only one lift working, and people were queuing to go to their rooms. Breakfast was enough quality for a 3 star hotel, but only that. I... More

This is a gritty 3 star hotel, and good value for its location. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable if not overly spacious. Staff are efficient and helpful. Adequate buffet breakfast is available in the mornings. Wi-fi is free throughout the hotel. Like most hotels in Lisbon, this is slightly away from the historic city centre. The hotel is... More

I don't enjoy being 'negative' about a hotel as, potentially, it has an impact on people's livelihoods, but I have to say, in this instance, I'll make an exception because there was very little redeeming about it for the money I paid. The indifference of the staff and the woeful breakfast which they tried to charge me 7.50 euros for... More

I stayed two nights. The location is very good and the people very kind and helpful. Connections to the airport and to the metro lines are very handy and convenient. However, the hotel is old and it seems as having no restoration services for too long times. Everything is old. The corridors are dim and the carpet smells bad. The... More

I found the hotel comfortable. The rooms are very big. The shower is powerful and has a bath which fills very fast, and has a big TV. I had some issues re. aircon and the fridge didn't work when I arrived, however, these were resolved immediately on arrival. The hotel is very close to the metro, and some ok places... More

Hotel that is complete dark brown in the interior, with the exception of the already renovated bathroom. Even the wallpaper (at some places coming from the wall) is brown. Location is OK, the bus from and to the airport stops within a 100 meters and a metro station (to to town 10 minutes) within 150 meters. Supermarket under the bull... More

We stayed for 7 days in this hotel. It's clean and the staff is nice. The tub had some stripped resin pieces, the room was VERY VERY TINY and me and my boyfriend could barely move to the other side of the room as the bad takes almost all the space. The cleaning lady knocks on your door in the... More
