There have been a few disparaging reviedws of this hotel. I think this is because it looks as though it was furnished in 1970 and has not been updated since, so the place looks a little worn. It is however very clean and comfortable and in a good location for Entrecampos station. The staff are polite and efficient but a... More

I had to fly to Lisbon for a couple of days . After one night in this horrifying hotel I understood the mistake I have done therefore although the rooms were prepaid in advance for 3 days I checked out for another hotel The room was tiny stinky and extremely old , the bad was tough and I could not... Close to the airport and main roads, with underground parking (5 euros) and only 30GBP a night. The hotel is quite dated, wifi only available in the lobby and it's very slow. There is a petrol station across the road otherwise the nearby eating and drinking options are quite limited, so be prepared to walk to find dinner. The rooms... More

The Hotel is very well located with easy access to taxis, subways (Metro), shopping mall, and restaurants. Good price but could be better with internet on the rooms area and less noise during mornings while cleaning.

staying in the algarve decided to travel and stay in LIsbon for one night found the staff friendly, the down stairs reception and bar were very good the rooms were clean but a bit dated with furniture,we had some noise from other guests early hours of the morning, banging and shouting, can't blame the hotel for that but probably wouldn't stay again, although it... The only advantage of VIP Inn Berna is its close ( 500 m ) location to subway station where after several station and one change of the line you can easily get to historical center of the city. The standard room is small, deteriorated and old fashioned. The whole hotel loos like a place from late 80's with no refreshment... More

This is a hotel with nothing to recommend it, unless you're desperate for a room in this neighborhood, and all the others are taken. I tried two rooms. First I was put in a room on a high floor, which had a bit of a view, but was not clean and very shabby. Furthermore, though all the hotel's publicity advertises... More

The hotel is not bad, it's clean and in a very good location if you want to travel out and inside Lisbon. It's next to the metro (Campo Pequeno - yellow line) and to the Entrecampos train station (frome here you can easly go to Sintra, Cascais, Azambuja..). But the staff is quite rude, sometime they don't even look at... More

The strangest thing was no wifi or internet in the rooms so if you there for some meetings and have to connect via emails you should be aware that internet is only available in the lobby. Rooms are not so sound proof that you can hear voices from your neighbor visitors and outdoor. Location is not so close to old... More

A good hotel and very near to the metro station Campo Pequeno. It is about 15-20 minutes by train or bus from this hotel to most of the touristy places – Baixa, Chiado and even the big train station Cais de Sodre. It's a quiet area, this one - so good sleep is guaranteed. The rooms are comfortable with enough... More
