This hotel is located within an easy walk of Marques de Pombal metro station / airport bus stop. Check-in was efficient. Our street-facing suite on the 1st floor was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom was well equipped, clean and spacious. Street noise/aircraft noise was a slight problem (i'm a light sleeper) though a combination of double-glazing and air-conditioning... more

My wife and I went with our 2 small children and found the apartments extremely comfortable with big comfy beds and huge living spaces. The apartments themselves had a definite wow! factor as well - they look great. Built in plasma screens, electronic safes in each bedroom. The bathrooms were spacious and well presented. We were all very happy there... more

Hotel staff accommodating on arrival. 6 of us had booked one room and we were offered 2 rooms for no extra cost to give us more space, however we were on a hen weekend and decided to opt to remain in the one suite. We were shown the different rooms to enable us to make the decision. The suite was... more

We stayed here 3 nights during easter in a 1 bd suite. The rooms are nicely decocated and comfortable, great for families with small children (mine are 5 and 2). The location is a bit remote from the city center. You can walk, about 20 min, or take the metro, which is 5 min walking from the hotel. The hotel... more

I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with my wife and two young children for a night in mid-September and I was extremely impressed. The room was huge! Bigger than most apartments. It had a massive master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, a seperate bedroom with two twin beds, another full bathroom and a huge reception area with fully... more

Hotel worked well for us. Not exactly convenient for tourist attractions but location near metro station means it's not really inconvenient either. It had everything we needed and some things we didn't. More than roomy enough for two people. Quiet and dark which I especially appreciated. Nota bene: There's a safe in the middle of the bedroom closet -- something... more

I booked this hotel just a week before going. The rooms are everything people say; newly refurbished very stylish and spotless. However, we did have a few issues and the hotel seemed unable to deal with them which is surprising as it can't do their reputation any good. On arrival our suite was baking; the air conditioning didn't work and... more

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Take a bus or taxi to get here. When we entered our room we were greeted with the best room we have ever stayed in. It felt like we were being pampered. It was worth the money. We would stay here again. more

Great hotel, particularly for families. The rooms are wonderfuly spacious with a seperate bedroom and living room/kitchen areas. They are nicely decorated with good facilities i.e full kitchen and a tv in bedroom and living room. There is also a nice pool area to cool down after those hot summer days in lisbon. The remainder of hotel is pretty nondiscript... more

Went with some colleagues and got upgraded to the best suite on the top floor because of an error in the booking. Great spotless rooms with design interior and impeckable service. Huge private roof terrace at 801/802. 701/702 is also cool. Cold pool, otherwise perfect. Thanks! more
