Stayed 3 nights at the Regency Chiado. The location of the hotel is excellent and the views from the rooms are great. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, I requested help dealing with a taxi driver that was trying to charge 30euros for a meter reflecting 7 euros.
