This hotel is at an ideal location with walking distance to key areas of Lisbon. Even though the building is old (square windows), it is a clean and safe. The hotel rates do not include breakfast. The staff is not friendly. Any question from a guest seems like a nuisance for them. It is very close to all public transportation/trains.... more

By all means an excellent hotel - at the right price, besides. Rooms might be a little tiny, but they are extremely well decorated and practical. The hotel design per se is terrific, and so is the service - not to mention the quality of the local restaurant. The location is also perfect. I will definitely go again next time... more

Very good value, excellent location, comfortable with helpful staff. We did try the 17 euro breakfast but there are many alternatives close to the Hotel at a fraction of the price. The 24 hour pass for metro/tram/bus etc can be purchased from a machine at the adjacent metro station and is again very good value. more
