This was a great hotel with an excellent staff. The location is at the heart of town; close a wide choice of restaurants. A can't tell you about the normal room I reserved because I learned upon arrival that they'd bumped us into a mini-suite, which was very comfortable. more

This hotel is at an ideal location with walking distance to key areas of Lisbon. Even though the building is old (square windows), it is a clean and safe. The hotel rates do not include breakfast. The staff is not friendly. Any question from a guest seems like a nuisance for them. It is very close to all public transportation/trains.... more

By all means an excellent hotel - at the right price, besides. Rooms might be a little tiny, but they are extremely well decorated and practical. The hotel design per se is terrific, and so is the service - not to mention the quality of the local restaurant. The location is also perfect. I will definitely go again next time... more
