Just stayed here for 4 nights and I can't praise the hotel enough. The staff are welcoming and friendly , the rooms are large and well appointed , what you would expect from a 5star . The views over the city are amazing , we were on the 19th floor. The the hotel is well located with buses services to... More

This hotel is a terrible choice for most travelers to Lisbon. Unless you have a meeting in the office buildings right next to the hotel, there is absolutely no reason for you to stay in this hotel. There are many problems with this hotel. The first is location. It is a 10-15 minute walk UPHILL from the nearest Metro station... More

This is a typical large teaming with people hotel. The rooms are comfortable and if you are facing the sea, very nice indeed. At breakfast , you have the feeling of a railway station, but somehow everyone gets looked after. Restaurants and bars deliver good service for such a large hotel.

I had two purposes in staying at the Dom Pedro - I was working for the first three, and then my wife joined me for a short break. The hotel location is poor - a long drag uphill (hard with suitcases) from either the Marques de Pombal or Rato metro stations. Staff are very pleasant and attentive. Food is reasonably... More

I do not really like the kind of place were the piccolo takes over your luggage as soon as you get out of the taxi. As if I would not be able to take care of that one single suitcase that I'm carrying with me. But apart from that I was quite satisfied with my stay in the Dom Pedro.... More

This is a quality establishment, with all the amenities associated with a well run hotel. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was well laid out. Breakfast was very good. The only disappointment, as mentioned by others, was the location. Although right across the street from a very large shopping mall, it was rather far from the many fine restaurants... More

The hotel offers large comfortable rooms, big bathrooms, good breakfast and the staff are helpful and pleasant. However the only place nearby is the Amoreiras shopping center, which is a 2 minute walk away. At this shopping center there is a large supermarket and many shops. Apart from that you need to walk into the city center (30 mins apx)... More

We stayed here in a triple share room for 2 nights in June. The hotel was nice and the room spacious and nicely furnished but the location was too far away from town. Would recommend staying closer to the Old town considering how hilly this city is. Laundry also takes too long to do.

Excellent hotel, nice spacious rooms, large bathrooms, with small and functional gym. This hotel offers the best breakfast I have ever enjoyed, a fantastic display of all possible fresh delicacies. The restaurant in the hotel is also very good, offering excellent food and wine, a lovely view and great service. Located right by a very nice shopping mall with some... More

I stayed here with a group of old friends, all with different ideas and expectations, and not one of us was disappointed with this hotel. The hotel is smart and the staff very friendly and helpful, in fact whilst we were having a drink in the bar the staff must have realised that 2 of our party were celebrating a... More
