We had one night at the Dom Pedro Palace 2nd September and found it to be very comfortable with excellent room and bathroom facilities. We had an excellent meal in the Italian restaurant on the third floor. Also the buffet breakfast served in the lobby was very good indeed. Staff helpful and charming. We stayed in room 1014 - comfortable... More

I would stay here again, pretty good rate for Lisbon, although we booked after we left for additional nights at the Sheraton, much nicer American brand for less money. I would recommend it, but it's stodgy and older, kind of cheesy marble, reminds me of a typical Italian hotel, not really my taste. NOT close to a subway stop. Mall... More

Stayed 2 nights, originally given room 510 but was very noisy with air conditioning units just outside. Spoke to Reception staff and was no trouble moved us to 1904, so had fantastic views over Lisbon. Good sized Room very comfortable and clean. Beds a little hard but OK. Great breakfast selection.

Thought the hotel was excellent. Very good buffet breakfasts in the restaurant in the lobby. Staff couldn't have been more helpful - reception, doorman and restaurant staff. WiFi was effectively free (which I believe it should be, given you can get it free at coffee shops) - you just had to get a code from reception staff. Pool was great... More

Amazing hôtel, well located even if it's a bit far to walk to downtown (30min). Great rooms and amazing spa. If you can, take the VIP pass which grants you unlimited access to the spa as well as higher rooms. The spa is not to miss.

I stayed here on business in July 2014. The hotel and rooms are nice enough, but the bar was expensive. The bar had also ran out of glasses, so they tried to serve us beers in a small wine glass for the same price!!! Not acceptable. The hotel is quite a way out of town, but it is only €5... More

We stayed there for 3 nights in July, the hotel is well located, direct bus from the hotel door steps to the airport, there are many other buses that goes to different parts of the city. Metro is 500m away, but difficult to walk from metro. There is a taxi stop 50m from the hotel, if at all you need... More

The hotel is beautiful with very friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It is located across the street from Amoreiras Shopping Center and 10 minutes by taxi from Oceanario de Lisboa, Casino and Docas de Alcântara. It is not a hotel for people used to take the subway. Would stay there again when in Lisbon!

Just stayed here for 4 nights and I can't praise the hotel enough. The staff are welcoming and friendly , the rooms are large and well appointed , what you would expect from a 5star . The views over the city are amazing , we were on the 19th floor. The the hotel is well located with buses services to... More

This hotel is a terrible choice for most travelers to Lisbon. Unless you have a meeting in the office buildings right next to the hotel, there is absolutely no reason for you to stay in this hotel. There are many problems with this hotel. The first is location. It is a 10-15 minute walk UPHILL from the nearest Metro station... More
