Location is very good, close to the subway and of walking distance to the city centre. Breakfast is ok with sufficient variety (egg/bacon/croissant/juices/yoghurt/muesli/bread/fruit/cheese/ham). Room itself is ok with a very good shower. However the mattresses of the beds are very bad and need to be replaced. They give no comfort at all and are extremely hard. We slept very bad... More

On arrival the check-in process was reasonably good. I then went to my room on the first floor which resembled a room you’d find in a Travelodge in the UK. Something I noted immediately was there was a lot of noise from outside even with the windows shut, the level of noise from outside continued overnight making it difficult to... More

I went to Lisbon with my boyfriend for a four nights stay, I didn't know exactly where was a good location to stay or anything about Lisbon, but after a good looking on "bookings.com" I found the Embaixador Hotel. We got there and the hotel was very nice, the room has a very big window, the shower is has a... More

At first i thought that the hotel was average but when we arrived we realised that hotel was more than excellent in any way, from location and hospitality of the host's to the great choice and variety of food for breakfast. All in all, superb hotel for everyone who wants to explore Lisboa in the most beautiful way. Thanks for... More

I stayed at this hotel in my first trip to Lisbon. Very nice accomodations and treatment. Beautiful view of the city from the floor where we have breakfast. Near the Marques de Pombal square and the subway. My first night was the last of a group of highschool italian teenagers, and they made a lot of noise that time. But... More

The hotel is a good budget hotel located right next to Marques Pombal square. It is centrally located to all the major attractions. The rooms were large and spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was decent. The lifts were slightly on the slower side and would not be a problem unless you have a lot of luggage. We stayed there... More

The hotel is very close to the Marquis de Pombal square. This place is in the center of public transport, Sightseeing bus operators and private trafic in Lisbon. The hotel is clean, good service with an excellent breakfast buffet with a choice of Continental and English menus. The restaurant has a basic but well selected choice at very reasonable prices.... This hotel is just a 5 min walk from the Marquês de Pombal metro station, so it is very central. One can choose to talk to Bairro Alto or Chiado (around 15 minutes from Marquês de Pombal square), or just take the tube. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and with everything one needs. I just wish it had power outlets... More

Nice hotel near the best nightclubs in Lisbon. The furniture in the barhas 60 ties style, but comfortable. Wifi i my room was a bit unstabil. No remotecontrol to the tv in my room and locked in 1 channel. Minibar and a modern bathroom. Good breakfast in restaurant on 9. floor. very near to subway and to centre of Lisbon
