Staff are all nice and speak English. Rooms are clean and adequate, some are excellent. Great view. Safe and quiet. Make sure you understand what kind of bathroom you are getting. It can be a challenging climb up to the hotel from the Rossi, but note that Tram 16 and Bus 37 can take you most of the way up.... more
