Perfectly located off the square. Beautifully decorated hotel with first class service. Stayed in junior suite overlooking the square. Maid arrived with a bowl of strawberries to welcome us - lovely touch. Night in Lisbon at the Avenida Palace made even more special when my boyfriend proposed to me :-) will forever hold special memories

This was a beautiful hotel - high ceilings - two bathrooms (one with toilet/bidet) - both with showers. There was a welcome gift of fruit and a departure gift of a delicious box of chocolates. The staff were courteous and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Loved the convenient location!

An extra friendly welcome, the nice offer of our first breakfast because we arrived earlier than expected, the view from our room windows, the welcome drink served in the astonishing lobby while listening to the live piano music, the view of Lisbon when crossing the bridge returning from Evora, the unexpected hotel goodbye gift.
