Frack me, what a good time! Check out at noon, lovely bathrooms, room with a balcony, right next to the Barrio Alto, air con in the rooms, great staff (thanks Alexandra!!). The only way it would have been better is if my wife didn't cheat on me with a Lisbon policeman while I was passed out.

Excellent location up the hill of Bairro Alto. Very friendly and helfpul staff. Breakfast was good (quite big rolls :-) ). Double room was quite small, not that much space, but it was okay. You have to climb up some creaky stairs (doesn't mean they make a lot of noise!), I liked this athmosphere a lot! There is this narrow... More

B.A Hostel is a very great deal. I stayed in a 4-beds female room for a weekend and it was just what I was looking for: low price but not cheap service. You have everything you need to spend the night and a good breakfast to wake up. Lourdes, the receptionist during the day, is really friendly and helpful. You... More

Having been in a few hostels, I was really impressed with this one in terms of value for money, friendly service and cleanliness. We had a great time in Lisbon and enjoyed our few days at BA Hostel. Hostel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The area is really nice, right in the centre of the city. The staff is very helpful. I was with friends, in a room with four beds, it was so small, no space for anything, a bit suffocating! The bathrooms are shared, but quite big. Just it wasn't possible to close the doors, not so cool when it's not your... More

It is a clean and cosy place today. It is in Bairro Alto area and very close to all "places to see" and also bars/pubs. 10 minutes walk to subway station. The receptionists Lurish and Pedro are very helpful and always have smiling faces.

This little hostel is wonderful! Lourdes and the staff were so sweet and took care of us. We initially only booked for one night but extended for two more. The hostel is in the BA neighborhood which is party central - so much fun, my favorite night scene in Europe so far. It can be noisy from the street noise... More
