we went there on a Sunday for brunch and we got so much more than expected. First, I was never welcomed and treated as nicely as from the people working there, every single one of them was just so genuinely nice and made us feel like friends even tough we just met for the first time. Second, the building from... More

I stayed only one night but the room was incredible, with multiple spaces and it's own rooftop with one of the best views over the Lisbon. Breakfast was superb and the staff incredibly friendly. Luxurious without being overly pretentious, really great option.

We stayed here for two nights after spending a few days in Bairo Alto, because we wanted to get the feel for a different part of the city. We chose the romantic suite and were absolutely charmed the moment we walked in. This place is decorated with the utmost attention to detail, and every thing from the furniture, to the... More

We stayed 4 nights in the top penthouse, amazing views and large private roof terrace, very luxurus room. Great renovated aristocrat mansion. Superb breakfasts with very tasty ingredients, particularly the eggs, salmon en the sweet cakes at the end. They will help you finding nice restaurants in the neighbourhoud, try Maria Catita at 200m from hotel, very simple place but... More

My wife and I chose this hotel because it received outstanding reviews on tripadvisor. Staff at the hotel all were excellent and friendly and were very knowledgeable of the sights and restaurants in he area. "Maria" gave us the history of the building and how the palace had been restored and brought up to date. We stayed in the Sonya... More

I was at this beautiful hotel only for Sunday brunch and it is completely worth the experience just to be able to peek inside. It is very well kept and the atmosphere is serene. The brunch is very inexpensive comparing with other locations in Lisbon and all the products and dishes are great. I will definitely recommend it to anyone... More

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in the Grand Torreao suite. This has been excellently described in a recent review so I won't describe it again. The sheer size of the suite, the decor, the unique layout with the extra balcony room and private roof terrace, all made us feel we were somewhere special. Add in the great... More

There is only one other place I have stayed that was as wonderful and memorable as this Palace and that was in Venice. Another Palace with rave reviews like this place has, where I paid over a 1000 Euros a night to stay. At this lovely Palace I had their best suite and it cost me 380 Euros a night.... More

We researched just the right small boutique style hotel for our stay in Lisbon, and we wanted to stay in Alfama. This six-room jewel, built in the early 1900's as a private residence, turned-out to be the perfect place. We arrived very early (7:00 AM) from our flight from the US, and the staff quickly served us a hearty breakfast... More

I hate to let the cat out of the bag, but this place was just fabulous- if you can find it! Its on the Tagus so if you get lost, you can always make your way to the river (or the Museo Fado). Fantastic staff, large, comfortable room, gorgeous balcony and we even had our own private chapel. Great breakfast... More
