My family and I had the privilege of staying in this newly renovated guesthouse. The location was perfect. The staff was super friendly and very welcoming, also to our two small children (1 and 5). They helped us meet all our needs with a smile and gave us great tourist tips. There is a fully equiped kitchen, we were able... More

Very welcoming hotel with additional handy kitchen facilities. The cleanliness of the shared facilities were spotless at all times. We found the staff to be extremely friendly, chatty and welcoming. Would stay again.

We stayed at the Imperial Guesthouse for two nights in July. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to Portugal. Our kind host Pedro helped us with our bags and gave us some tips on places to go and things to see in Lisbon. He and the rest of the staff really made us feel welcome. Our room was... More

Firstly after my girlfriend and I arrived at Lisbon airport we got a taxi to The Imperial. The driver was really warm and friendly, explaining to us about all the sights and the total cost was about 15 Euro - there is a side charge of 1.60 Euro from the main price, so they add this onto the main cost... We spent two nights at the Imperial Guesthouse and were extremely happy with the entire experience! It's truly charming - despite the older character of the building and the smaller 'hostel like' rooms, the staff made us feel like at a 5* hotel. There were fruits, towels, bathrobes, slippers and shower amenities included, already waiting for us in the room.... More

My husband and I went to Portugal for my friend's wedding in Aveiro and spent our last two days at this guesthouse in Lisbon. It was recommended by my friend's aunt who lives there so I trusted her. I must say that I was impressed. Being our first time staying at a guesthouse, their service was very good. The apartment/room... More

This is a perfect hotel for the price. The room is of an adequate size, and we were lucky enough to have been given a better room with a balcony for most of our stay with no extra charge. A really nice touch by the owners. Don't expect luxury! It's a basic room with shower and sink, which all works... More

It would be difficult to find somewhere this inexpensive with in the centre of Lisbon. The reason is probably the number of stairs to climb .... But it is well worth the climb! We had a room looking out onto the square with a mini balcony to sit out on. Some reviews have complained about the noise but we were... More

We stayed here for seven nights and had a great time. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We arrived after midnight on a friday, we were weclomed in, given a map and advice on where to go in Lisbon. Our room was on the top floor and only small, however this was not a problem as the staff are... More
