Well-located but a hole. Situated in what I percieved to be a dodgy area in Lisbon, the hotel has nothing else going for it. Very unfriendly staff, smelly rooms, steep stairs with no lift, no TV. Extremely basic. For fearless, penniless 20 year-olds or younger. Very similar prices in normal, also central places
