This modern hotel is handy for an overnight stay a 10 minute/7 euro taxi ride from the airport. The staff were welcoming and efficient. Our room was clean, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable, on the 6th floor with a fabulous view from the balcony. The neighbourhood is pleasant and safe, with a number of cafes, minimarkets, etc. Don't miss wandering over... More

The gentleman who greeted me on reception was extremely helpful and pleasant (even at 1am!) My room was clean and spacious with a lovely big bed. The shower was powerful and plenty of towels were provided. Wifi (free) worked great on all floors! There's a handy vending machine on the 1st floor with snacks, water and even beer. There's also... I stayed at this hotel for 4 days while traveling alone across Europe. 5min walk through the park to Metro subway. Couple nice restaurants to eat near by. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and a bit dated. Not as nice as the pictures shown. The free wifi works great!

We stayed for 5 days at this hotel. Although the location is not right in the centre, we found that to be a positive thing as it is only a short ride on the metro and it gave us the opportunity to to explore other nice areas of Lisbon. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was a bit... More

This hotel is clean, comfortable, friendly. Breakfast was good. Front desk was helpful and welcoming. That's the good part, and it's a lot. The not so good part is the location: You have to ride the green line a good ways from tourist sites, then walk 10 minutes or so to get there. Hotel is in a lower middle class... More

The hotel is easy to reach from and to the airport using the Red metro line. Since there is a steep walk from Alameda to the hotel, we usually take the Oliias station (10 mins walk) coming from the center, and Alameda station going to the city center. So it is not very convenient if you want to go back... More

Dear Traveller Many thanks for your feedback, which is valuable to us. All our rooms have Air Conditioning facilities so I am very surprised to hear yours was not working. I would like to confirm if you reported this situation to the Front Desk, as they would promptly solve it as it was probably a maintenance issue. Please accept our... More

In summary, basic but large room, good value and very close (10 minutes by metro) to central Lisbon. Stayed here for 3 nights in a large room on the sixth floor. Very basic - literally a bed/desk and chair and that was it (no tea facilities, mini-bar etc, although there was a safe) - but the room was very clean... More

I stayed here for 3 nights recently with my husband. The hotel is a fairly basic hotel, but really fit what we needed, a clean safe place to sleep at night with easy transportation options. The hotel is near two subway stops Alameda (down a steep hill) and Olaias (more flat). As others have said, we would periodically take the... More

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service at the reception was one of the best we have ever had. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was great - it had everything you would wish for breakfast. The hotel is located 5 minute walk from the metro station which enables you to get to any part... More
