This hotel was nice enough, neat and clean. Nice breakfast in the mornings, the young fellow who does breakfast, quite friendly and helpful. Two disappointments, wifi is only in the lobby. : ( and rooms would for sure benefit from good old fashioned luggage racks, that suitcase on the floor business gets old after 5 minutes or so. All in... More

This small hotel is in a great position for access to all the attractions of Lisbon. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the third floor and was quite small. I'd stay here again for it's location.

Ideally located little hotel which is undergoing some modernisation after being taken on by a chain. A very pretty building which I hope doesn't lose all its character. My little single room on the third floor was comfortable, clean and adequate for my needs. The towels and toiletries were good and the shower very powerful. The air con didn't work,... More

But still an excellent place to stay. Helpful people working there, gorgeous building, nice breakfast... Accessible to tours and public transport, and monuments, restaurants, theater, everything nearby on the Avenida da Liberdade! Make sure to take time to appreciate the building too.. Tours start 5 mins up the street at the Marques de Pombal for the hop on/hop offs

Great location. Aerobus stop just opposite the hotel. Lovely restaurants near by. Attentive staff. Fridge in the room is always a bonus. Missing tea/coffee making facilities but very very good overall.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights on a mini break in Lisbon. First of all it's incredibly easy to get to from the airport, 20mins on one of several buses or 15 mins on the subway. Location wise, it's superb. Five minutes walk to central Rossio to the south or ten minutes walk to all the nightlife in... More

The whole hotel needs renovation work. It's old, smelly, and somewhat dirty. The room sizes are claustrophobic, specially on the third floor. The only plug I've found available was near the entrance on the floor, so I had to chose of either recharge my mobile on the ground, or had it near my bedside table. The pillows are very bad... More

Took the airbus for $3.50e from the airport to Avenida stop. Concierge let us into our room though it was 9am. We requested and quiet room and were so granted. Air conditioning wasn't working, but we were forewarned. The concierge was so friendly and helpful. We heard no other guests' noise. It was perfect.

My wife and I have stayed at the VIP Inn Veneza, Lisbon; for two nights from 20th June and again for one night Saturday 29th June 2013. The stay was part of a ten day holiday arrangement with my wife. This hotel was selected because of its character and location and I have to say that both of these aspects... More

My husband and me stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We arrived quite early at the hotel at around 9.30am. No matter, after doing the check-in, we only had to wait for approx. 15 min. until our room was ready. At the booking we had mentioned in the remark box that we would like to have a room with...
