This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. I stayed three nights before heading to Lagos, and I wish I had committed the whole week to Home Lisbon. The big wooden beds were unimaginably comfortable with a clean white duvet as well as a personal bedlight and outlet. The entire establishment was clean and efficient with ample bathrooms... More

Stayed at the Hostel for a total of 4 nights in the Female Dormitory. Very clean room and shared bathroom. Never had to wait in line for a shower or toilet. Excellent and assorted variety of buffet breakfast- juice, tea, coffee, yoghurt, cereal, scrambled eggs (my favorite), different assortment of meats, cheese, bread. Mama's jam. Unfortunately I only had Mama's... More

this really is the world's best hostel. we are a family of 4 (2 boys age 9 and 12) and we like to stay in all different kinds of places (camper vans, hostels, hotels, quintas, wineries and friends on this trip alone). usually in large cities we stay in apartments but decided that this place looked great; also, we can... We slept here only one night (unfortunately). Everything was clean rooms and bathrooms, the staff is very friendly, helpful and nice. It's a very international place with people from all over the world. In the evening you can stay in and join the other people for the dinner cooked by a mama, after the dinner you can partecipate to the pub... More

I've been to Lisbon for 5 days and luckily stayed at the Home Lisbon Hostel. Everything was clean, the staff was amazingly friendly and the people there were great! Mamma's dinner is a must and everyone enjoyed it! I can highly recommend to stay at this hostel and enjoy the great atmosphere! Join the wild walkers tour in the mornings!

Home hostel, as stated in many of these reviews, had a nice vibe too it. The rooms had Air Con, lockers, and were clean. The bar is cheap (1-2 euro beers, 1 euro shots) so it's a great option to get buckled. However, don't get it twisted, it's still cheaper to buy alcohol from the corner store. The daily beach... More

Home Lisbon was IMO the best hostel I stayed in. Centrally located, it is within walking distance to almost everything (bars, nightclubs, restaurants, sights, etc.). When we arrived, we were checked-in by the most gorgeous girl I've ever seen (Mika) she was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us each a shot of port... The hostel has a balcony, kitchen,... My wife and I like to stay at hostels. Not only are they incredibly affordable, but they are a great way to meet other travelers and bond with people from all over the globe. Home Lisbon Hostel is by far the most amazing hostel we've ever been to. The rooms were immaculate, and I would say down right beautiful. The... More

I came here for a total of 3 nights with a friend. The hostel is great, spead out between 2 floors one for the common areas and the upper floor for the rooms. Everything is very clean, the staff are amazing, beds with big lockers underneath free locks provided, lamps, privacy curtains on bottom. Free wifi. We did not do... More
