The breakfast is so good and the staff service is amazing we felt so welcome by Alex and he helped us out with recommendations for food places to go things to do etc... More

Loved my stay at the Traveller's house. I stayed in 6 hostels in different western european cities on this trip and my stay at Traveller's house was by far the best. Pros: -THE STAFF: the friendliest most informed hostel staff I came across, a group of really cool people who are easy to talk to and get along with. -Feels... More

I stayed here on a week long trip to Lisbon and the hostel was perfect. You get breakfast in the morning, they take you on pub crawls and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly about nearby attractions. One of the staff there told us all about how to get to Sintra, and what to do when we got there, as... More

We stayed here for 4 nights with 5 underaged girls. We had the 6 bed dorm which we had to share with another girl but that was more of a problem for her than for us, i guess :) We had the 'Porto' room, which had a beuatiful view off Rua Augusta The hostel is super clean and cosy, the... More

My 2 friends and I stayed in a 3 person private for 4 nights. The room was great! Pretty spacious and very clean with three single beds, and some French doors opening onto a 'balcony' (more of a ledge) over the main pedestrian street. The bathrooms were split by gender with 2 toilets and 2 showers. All the facilities were... More

I'm not typically a hostel traveller but gave this place a go based on reviews- and I wasn't disappointed! It was like a home away from home! we stayed in a private room with own bathroom- clean and spacious. The only downside to this was it was on the 4th floor, and there were no lifts...towards the end of out... More

Fantastic hostel- felt somewhere between hostel and a hotel experience. Best of both worlds. Clean rooms, lovely showers, good breakfast- choice of 3 options: Eggs and Bacon, Pancakes, or Fruit and Yoghurt. Endless coffee at your dispense. Staff were fantastic... in particular Joao who made the stay very pleasant with how helpful and friendly he was throughout. The hostel evening... More

I can not emphasise enough how great this hostel is. I would actually say it is worth travelling to Lisbon just to visit this hostel. Every part is perfect from the two Portugese cooks to the travel experts that run the place (and befriend every guest at the same time), from the beanbag filled, jazz chillout room to the perfectly... We stayed for 2 nights in one of the double rooms. The spot has great staff that take the time to tell you about the area and show you around the hostel. Nightly events are a lot of fun (we did the wine tasting) and breakfast is great (choice of yogurt with fruit, eggs and bacon or crepes). The room... More
