This hotel and it's staff were the best during our visit to Lisbon. The metro, plaza, and restaurants are within walking distance. I honestly have no complains, kudos to the reception staff. Claudia and Daniel were always willing to help and provide city suggestions. Great hotel!!!

Stayed here for six nights in August. Nice, clean rooms, helpful staff and located in a quiet area. The hotel is close to the Alameda Metro station, so its easy to get around, the wifi is free, but the connection was a bit unstable.

When looking for somewhere to stay in Lisbon for a few days to explore the city before continuing our travels in portugal, we had 2 criteria: clean and fairly central. And for the price we paid, I don't think we could have got much better. When we arrived, the check in desk staff spoke enough English to have a conversation... More

Clean, nice rooms, close to the underground Alameda. Very cheap in the bar during happy hour (6-8 pm) ;) free wifi and safe in the room. air condition was a pleasant surprise while the outdoor temperature was 35" c.

Pleasant hotel, rooms a little small and really quite dark. Very comfy beds and high standard of amenities like hair dryer and safe, TV and toiletries. Tea and coffee wasn't replenished and the maid repeatedly put things from my case on my friend's bag - odd iawn! Lovely staff, happy to make reservations etc. Breakfast was €10 and awful, cold... Location was good, a short distant walk to the metro 'Alameda' was convenient as the line leads you to the main city centre. Problem is that steep hill walking out of the metro to the hotel. Hotel was clean throughout, having placed on the fifth floor the room was clean and a reasonable size. Upon arrival, we didn't have our... More

I booked the Turim Alameda as part of a British Airways package and for what we paid this hotel was excellent value. I emailed the hotel in advance to request a 7th floor room with a balcony and they responded very quickly. Check in was quick and efficient as was check out. Our room was a reasonable size and kept... More

I stayed for three nights. This is a comfortable, clean, modern-finish hotel, with helpful, attentive, staff, and excellent location for city and airport. Rooms are a little small, but adequate, and walls somewhat thin. Nice to have a safe in the room. Breakfast is very good for continental preferences. Wireless is patchy, but available at most times. The elderly or... More

We have just returned from another weeks stay at this hotel, the staff were just as friendly as always and nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is excellent as their is a metro a few minutes walk away. Local restaurants are great for everything from breakfast to dinner. Will definitely stay again.

Well kept small hotel in a residential area, 10 minutes walking from the the Alameda subway station (direct from the airport). Take the Henrique Alfonso exit but be prepared to climb a steep hill up to the hotel. Room was O.K. but coffee/tea facilities include only a water kettle, so bring along your own coffee or tea! There is free... More
