We stayed a HF Fenix Garden for 5 nights split into 2 different reservations during our stay in Lisbon. Location: The hotel is very convenient to the airport bus as the stop is less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. For those looking for the hotel it is located up the street from the HF Fenix Lisboa. You... More

Great hotel for the price. Located just outside Marques Pombal station, with the main square a ten min walk away. It is located in the business district but preferred to be away from the touristy main part of the city. Rooms are clean, fairly big and functional. Couldn’t really fault it; definitely recommend.

This hotel is very central. Close to the town centre, about 15 mins walk and close enough to the airport, about 15min taxi/bus ride. It is about a 4 min walk fro the bus stop if you catch the airport bus. I paid under 10eur for a taxi everytime to the airport. Its about 5 to the town centre. Reception... More

Everything was wonderful. Like to mention the wonderful trainee lady Sandra Ne at the reception. The wonderful stay was however marred by the taxi ride. Was told by reception that the ride to airport should cost between 10 to 15 euros. The higher end if there is heavy traffic. Seen from other reviews that 10 euro was about the amount.... More

This is a really good three star hotel. My husband and I stayed at the Fenix Garden for six nights at the end of October and we have only good things to say. The staff were friendly and excellent. The room on the seventh floor had super views over the park. The room was very well serviced and clean towels... More

Stayed here for 5 nights to be closer to downtown Lisbon after similar time in Lisbon Oriente. Check in took a while as hotel unable to charge our preferred credit card. Couldn't even have a drink at the bar as it was being used as the luggage storage area. Room adequate save for neither bathmat or suitable plug in bathroom,... More

We spotted the hotel on Tripadvisor as we wanted a hotel in the centre of town, which wouldn't break the bank given we were travelling during school holidays when things tend to be more expensive generally. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly reception staff member and quickly processed to a room on the sixth floor with a high... More

This hotel was recommended by a friend so we had no hesitation in booking. Trip Adviser reviews were mostly good. Got off to a bad start when we were allocated Room 101!! Had asked for a room at the back on a high floor although we had booked a superior room. Ended up on the first floor at the front.... More
