We stayed in room #611 for 4 nights and it was a nice large sunny room with big windows and overlooking the square. A comfortable room but no fridge or jug/kettle unfortunately. The bathroom had a small basin and small shower (no bath). The ventilation fan in the bathroom was on all the time and quite noisy at night. There... More

This hotel is super central and for that alone I would recommend it. Right on the main roundabout (Marquês de Pombal) where most of the Lisbon tour buses start, along with many regular bus routes, metro and close to the aerobus bus stop to/from the airport. If a central location is your concern, then book this hotel or the one... More

We had two twin rooms for our family with teenagers. Both rooms were fine, although we ended up with the only one on that floor with the shower room and the kids got the bathroom - next time we'll swap or ask to make sure, although the shower room was fine for us. Breakfast was great - really good choices... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days in July. We chose this hotel based on the ratings given by other travellers and the hotel totally deserves it. The location is fantastic and within easy reach from the Airport. Metro station "Marques de Pombal" is right in front of the hotel and can be reached by combination of Red+Blue line... More

We stayed there for 2 nights and had a very good impression. They offer Nespresso coffee in the breakfast, which is, for its own, a very nice plus for me - I don't like hotel coffee and love nespresso. Also the best croissants and pastries in an hotel breakfast I remember. The wifi bandwith is very good, as is the... More

Nice and clean room with aircondition. Fine breakfast with a lot of different fruits. Good location. It is easy to come from airport to hotel - Metro 30 minutes. Friendly staff. We could have used a refrigerator.

The hotel is modern , very comfortable and clean, with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast has a great variety of hot and cold food with plenty of fruit too. All delicious! It is in a very good location: all transportation means are within 50 meters distance, with shops, banks, bars and restaurant very close to the hotel.

If you book this hotel with plenty of advance planning, you can get very good rates considering location and ease of transportation. If you book last minute, chances are that it will be sold out - or prices may be much higher. Don't confuse this property with the next-door Fenix Lisboa, which is a much larger hotel right at the... Official Description (provided by the hotel)
An urban haven where the commotion does not enter. To enjoy the city does not mean you need to do without some peace and privacy. The HF Fénix Garden provides the desirable paradox of staying in the heart of Lisbon and feeling protected from all stress. The referential acoustic insulation allows you to observe the city bustle from the window as if it is not real. A strange feeling of seclusion kept in the wide aisles and common areas where, even if the hotel is full, you can feel peace. The decoration and comfort of the HF Fénix Garden make you forget the city and even that you are in a three star hotel. Something that you will only remember on check-out. Very closed to the hotel is Marquês de Pombal, several of Lisbon's main points of interest and all the transportation networks in the city. The HF Fénix Garden offers several free services, such as Internet access in the entire hotel. But the most surprising offer is the feeling of staying in an oasis in the middle of the city. ... more   less
