Located just opposite Park Eduardo VII this hotel is ideally placed to explore Lisbon. Modern hotel, decent size room and everything worked fine, clean, tidy - perfect for a short stay in Lisbon. Staff were very helpful and buffett breakfast is fine. There are no coffee/tea making facilities in room which is a bit of a pain. You can pick... more

A cozy and romantic hotel in the heart of Lisbon. The room was spacious and bright and had a fantastic view over Parque Eduardo VII. The staff was friendly and attentive. Certainly an experience to repeat. more

This is a new hotel, ideally located beside the metro, bus stop & sight seeing tour bus stop. Metro is only a few stops to main bus station, and centre. 15 - 20 min walk to the centre. Rooms are well equipped with the exception of an iron (and not available from reception). Hotel was impeccably clean, and room was... more

Great little hotel! Yes it is a little bit 'Ikea' but it's also new, clean, trendy, functional, suprisingly quiet, easy to get to from the airport (on bus link) and close to the centre. Breakfast not amazing but service and comfort spot on. more

We arrived at Hotel Fenix Garden around 7:30am, and the gentleman working at the front desk (his first and last name started with "G") was very gracious. Breakfast is included and it was very plentiful. If you need a place to relax, there's an outdoor patio off of the second floor. The bus station was maybe a 10 minute Metro... more

We have been travelling for 28 days in Europe and this was the best deal ever. Great location, in front of the sight-seeing bus stop and near to the airport ( we paid 7,35 Euro for a taxi from the airport and 9,35 from the hotel to the airport with 3 bags), the hotel is clean, new, with a excellent... more

Just take your own travel kettle if you want an early morning coffee. The lack of these facilities was our only criticism. The free safe in every room is a good idea and most welcome to be able leave passports etc. An earlier review mentioned a "smell" in the bathroom. We had no such problems, It would be prudent to... more

This is a pleasant, contemporary-designed hotel at an affordable price. Location is a great mix of city hustle-bustle and the wonderful peace of Parque Eduardo V11 with its magnificent lavender-blue Jacaranda trees in full bloom. ROOM Features we liked -key-cards; blackout curtains; flat-screen TV. full length mirror; free room safe; built-in night light; easy to use shower; efficient air con./soundproofing;... more
