3 night stay with friends. Lovely clean modern hotel, situated approx 20-30 mins walk from sea front.Hotel staff friendly. Good plentiful breakfast which was kept being replenished. Central for the tour buses. Only snag was that we had booked a triple room but was told they did not have any but would provide a put up bed & the room... More

I stayed there with group of friends, the location is very good. in central where the bus hop on hop off, shuttle to outlet, etc, just across the street. A little walk to the malls and shopping places. The staffs are very nice, the breakfast is excellent. Only the room for three maybe a bit too small. (it's a double... More

Great location if you want to avoid the more touristy part of the city. - 50 meters from closest metro - proximity to Aerobus (direct bus to airport) and other local busses - proximity to a bunch of hop on hop off tour busses - proximity to designer brands shopping street - safe area. Empty streets and metro on the... More

Listed as a three star hotel, I think it is worth more. Arriving prepared after reading previous reviews, I had no problems making tea and coffee in my room which was indeed very comfortable, on the fifth floor at the back, with all mod cons and a drinks machine outside the door, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel. The... More

I stayed in the HF Fenix Garden with my husband and another couple for a long weekend break. The location was good for us, being about a 15 minute walk straight down Avenida de Liberdade to Rossio and the old town. An enjoyable walk as the weather was good during our visit, if however the weather is inclement there's a... More

Stayed for one night in the HF Fenix Garden. Parked the car in the garage for 10 euro/ day. Quite near the center, where a taxi can take you for 5 euro. Or you can walk, take the metro, bus, etc. Got a free upgrade to the suite (8 th floor). Hotel is three star rated and rooms are not... More

It's right beside a street so this hotel may get overlooked the first time you're there. 5 minutes walk to the sightseeing tour buses and you're good to go explore the city centre. There isn't a lot of store nearby so for those that rely on convenience store this hotel may not be the best of choice. This hotel is... More

Hotel is in great location for both walking into city and jumping onto Metro. We had room on 00 floor 004 to be exact which looked out onto the central / back of hotel and was better as there is quite a lot of vehicle traffic around hotel. Room was of a good size with and enormous bed big enough... More

We stayed a HF Fenix Garden for 5 nights split into 2 different reservations during our stay in Lisbon. Location: The hotel is very convenient to the airport bus as the stop is less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. For those looking for the hotel it is located up the street from the HF Fenix Lisboa. You... More
