I must begin by saying that there are no great accommodation options in Fatima. Most of the hotels are large, institutional facilities. We opted to save a bit of money and stay at Floresta. The hotel itself is reasonably attractive, albeit extremely 1970s in its decor. It is extremely clean and well run by a woman and her sister who were very helpful with making plans for sightseeing, calling taxis, etc. They even served us an extra early breakfast when we had to leave early.
The hotel is on a busy street with no charm about a 10 minute walk from the bus station and a 15 minute walk from the fatima church and shrine.
It isn't 4 star, but, really, it provided all that we needed and did so at an excellent price. more
