Got back over the weekend having spent 5 nights. Gorgeous hotel, incredibly clean, modern and a boutique like feel about the place. So many nice touches about the place, from the décor of the room and bathroom to the reception area and water features outside with fish and turtles in. Room, which was very spacious, had inbuilt hairdryer and fridge... more

Firstly I would like to say how helpful the staff were. It is no longer grubby, they were in the process of a total refurbishment to the point that they were still laying lawns, but at the loss of the garden as a new wing had been built. We stayed in that new wing, the first people in fact, but... more

Stayed in the Garden House, an annexe to the main building. However, there's no garden, this building replaced it many years ago. The whole hotel is decaying, badly worn with ageing dilapidated fittings, furniture and carpets. Pathetic little TV in the room mounted 2.5m off the floor on an ugly bracket arrangement. No seats or table in the room so,... more

This hotel was great, very clean. The room was spacious. The breakfast was very nice and there was a lot of choice. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We like the location it was close to the beach and the train station to go to Lisbon. We will definetly recommend this hotel. more

The hotel is very nice and the majority of the staff very helpful. The pool is nice and clean (but very cold!) and it is near to the beach and the town (but still quiet). The breakfasts are good and there are nice nearby restaurants (we didnt try the hotel restaurant, but it was open). We were staying with a... more

Stayed at the Lennox with my father who is in his eighties. The main building does have a lift which was important for us.. This hotel is simple but very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. There is no restaurant but they serve a good buffet breakfast. I would recommend the Jackpot restaurant around the corner for dinner - good... more

My husband and I took my mother (86) and my father in law (84) to this hotel in March. We stayed in the Garden House Annexe. The staff at the hotel were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble....information, requests,service...all excellent. We did not know before hand that the annex did not have a lift, but it gave our parents their... more

My wife and I spent 5 nights here in early April/06. The facility has a great location close to the casino and train station but we would prefer to stay in Cascais on our next visit. The facilities were clean, functional and well priced. The breakfast buffet was served in an attractive, bright room facing a small garden/pool area. There... more
