Good points: 1. Location – very central & 5mins walk to the harbour / Beach / town of Cascais. 2. Price – Cheap considering the area. Bad points: 1. Noise – and lots of it, the bedrooms are an ‘acoustic sieve’ the separating floors between rooms are wafer thin with laminate flooring, every bump in the night and conversation can... More

We`ve stayed here every year for the past seven years, it`s central location in Cascais means you can park the car up ( free of charge ) and walk into town, the train station is close by to go into Lisbon to see the attractions, the hotel is down a narrow street and is very old, as previous people have... Old building at good location, in quiet street of old town center. Friendly staff. Our room was very large with two good beds and large bathroom with fine shower. Strong musty smell in our room. The whole place had a friendly but musty character, little amateuristic and messy. Decent breakfast.

I couldn't believe how good this gem of a hotel turned out to be. Hotels in Cascais get mobbed for the moto GP weekend and prices rocket, but we seemed to book this one just at the right time and paid a good price. We got a very nice reception with a lady who had fantastic English and couldn't do... More

I loved the look of this hotel on the website and having now stayed there was not dissapointed. The staff were all lovely the rooms very spacious and the little garden secluded and sheltered. We were in Rm 11 and had access to the garden. We were also next to the beautiful breakfast room and the staff were very flexible... More

If you're looking for a b&b to stay for a day or two this will do the trick. The reason why we do disappointing with this place is because it has everything to be a small charm luxury hotel and, instead, is almost a hostel. The building and the location are of historical interest and magnificent. The refurbishing lacked quality... More

Our stays in Sintra and now Cascais have proven that the U.S. expectation of "small European rooms" must exist be elsewhere. Our room, 3, is on the ground floor, and it has enough room for 3 grown adults as well as room for yoga, for 6. The room reminds me of an auntie's spare bedroom she never uses. Sure it... More

A bit hard to find at first, but Cascais is a great place to wander with a backpack. The staff was fantastic. Very nice, with plenty of information about town. The room was very large and extremely clean; bed was large and nice, bathroom was well appointed- large shower, great water pressure, temp etc. Breakfast was great- plenty to eat... More

We stayed 4 days in the Hotel. The staff is lovely, all the time ready to help. The room was very clean. We took our breakfast in a very historic room with lots of beautiful paintings.
