Two of us only stayed here for 1 night as we were touring the North Portugal area. We found this place to be extremely friendly and obliging and was looked after and owned by a Portuguese family. The rooms were extremely tasteful in a quaint old Portuguese style with exposed granite walls. The breakfast was lovely, rolls, ham, cheese and an assortment of cakes and sweet rolls - there wasn't a banger or baked bean in sight!

The views from the farmhouse were magnificant as you overlook a valley and have mountains in the distance. The nearby town of Predes de Coura is very idyllic and has an assortment of restaurants and cafe bars.

There is a pool on site which was very welcome after a day travelling in exceptionally hot weather! We would recommend this place to a couple who want to get away from it all and just relax, and to those who like walking as there are some wonderful walking areas in the vicinity.
