For around 40€, it was a good surprise.
There is no luxury but everything works and is reasonably clean. Even the fire alarm works - and promptly detects any abuse made to the toaster in the breakfast room ....
The wooden floors are nothing but quiet. Tiny private car park available nearby.

It was a surprise, the oldest hotel in Viseu is renew and conserve all the identity.
The breakfast is too much, for the price like we are in a 5 stars, a tipical breakfast with the handmade juice ,and handmade sweet of strawberry, nice bread, croissants,........
I was stay in the room 101 and for the price of 35 €...
